They never answer the phone. Also tried to order online and pick up (during their posted hours) and when we went to pick it up they were closed and no one answered the door. Really wanted to like this place but after several failed attempts, I've decided to give up.

One of those great finds tucked away in a nondescript strip mall. We just had a staff lunch there and everyone was raving about the food. It was fresh with great ingredients and generous portions. When the waiter overheard we had a birthday in the group he brought out a plate of awesome dumplings. The waiter was shyly superb.

I ordered doordash from here because my favorite spot Pho#1 was closed. Honestly, this place is amazing and there is very very very little MSG in this. Versus like EVERYWHERE else where they put tons of msg in their pho or they are just inconsistent with the tastes this was just amazing! Definitely will come by here in person.

Absolutely the best Pho in the Springs! We have tried a handful of places and nothing comes close to Pho Original. I recommend the brisket pho! We order from them all the time, especially when it's cold out. Must try!

After our long flight to Colorado Springs, we googled the nearest pho restaurant and ended up here. We were the only costumers so the waitress was very attentive. We ordered a few pho bowl and fried rice; food was good, broth was flavor (according to my sister).

I called an hour after sending in my delivery order through their 3rd party app, BeyondMenu and they told me they couldn’t deliver my food cause they don’t have a delivery driver. You shouldn’t have delivery options only through a 3rd party website if you don’t have consistent drivers to fulfill your orders

I honestly don't know how this place has such a good rating. We came for our first and only visit tonight. Our usual Pho restaurants we frequent were both closed, so we decided because of other reviews to give this place a try. The portions were a good size, which is great, but everything else took away from that. My husband and I both got Pho (#1). As I said the portions were good, the amount of meat and vegetables were great, however the broth was very bland and flavorless. The taro boba smoothie was good, but the actual boba was soggy like it had been sitting for too long . The worst part was the waitress was so unfriendly, almost to the point where she was downright rude. She barely greeted us, took our order, brought us our food and then never checked on us once after that, even though there was only one other couple in there dining. She was even rude when it was time to pay. Over all the experience was just unpleasant.

Perfect broth and super friendly staff. Always fresh and hits the spot. Top tier pho in the Springs, for sure.

I ordered the combination rice noodle bowl and the Vietnamese egg rolls. Best I ever had in the springs, extremely satisfied.

It is rare to find good ethnic food in Colorado Springs and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the food. We had vegetarian pho and a vegetable noodle dish and we enjoyed it. Food was good. Customer service was meh though. I willcome back again cus the food is good enough.

I like this place, been many times, and will continue to come, HOWEVER... tonight's dish was a noodle bowl which was to contain Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, and an egg roll. Okay, technically it did, but only ONE shrimp... ONE? I could understand two, but only ONE? what the hell?

So good. I brought my whole family, which includes people from all sorts of age ranges, flavor preferences, etc. My 1 year old ate the heck out of the rice noodles. My 7 year old who has never had Vietnamese food is now in love with pho and rice wrappers. My wife, who hates meat and spice, went in for the vegetarian pho and actually loves the addition of sri racha (about 1 tablespoon). My father in law, who is about as boring as possible, loved every drop and noodle. We fell in love with this restaurant. The food is top notch, and the prices can't be beat.Reminds me of some of the Vietnamese joints I used to frequent in Houston. Highly recommended!

Good ethnic food is rare to find in Colorado Springs but this restaurant pleasantly surprised me. We got the vegetarian pho and the veggie noodle and tofu dish and it's good, we enjoyed it. Customer service is kinda bad but it's a hole in the wall and we'll come back for the food.

Surprised this place got good reviews. Very disappointed in the food. Ordered the pho which was very bland. The pork rice plate was average. Pork was burnt The service was poor. The menu was soaking wet. There was only one lady running the shop. Finally more help arrived but couldn't salvage the poor food. We had to ask for everything. Usually the pho comes complete with the condiments. Not here. Again the lady was probably just overwhelmed by a rush of customers. To top it all off she charged our credit card 3 times! Ultimately we got this resolved but she claimed she didn't know how to issue a refund on the card. Definitely take a pass on this place.

Recommend to try- The buns are good. I had the chicken lemongrass bun- it was good but it did not have lemongrass taste at all- chicken was stirred fried and was good- maybe cut it into smaller chucks, same with the green bell pepper- cut thinner I will come back and try the Pho- The waiter was friendly and busy.
