Great restaurant with flavorful dishes, and reasonably priced. My daughter and I stopped by on the recommendation of a stranger when asked if they knew any great Pho restaurants. I'm so happy he suggested Pho Hancock, we enjoyed a great meal.Very clean, and welcoming restaurant. The owner was very nice and friendly, we immediately were seated and greeted with our menus and waters. After deciding on our appetizer the crab cheese wontons and our Pho (steak and fried tofu and vegetables), we waited a few minutes for our food was ready. Everything was delicious, perfectly cooked, flavorful and the portions size was perfect. We definitely had leftovers for lunch the next day. Overall we had a great experience and will be back to try more of the wonderful dishes available.

Their prices on their website DO NOT match their in-store prices, which is incredibly misleading. They add $3 if you want fried rice, (who does that?) which should come with my meal. I ordered what I THOUGHT was going to be sesame chicken, but received something entirely different. My container wasn't even full! Not to mention, they tried to sell me a can of coke for almost $3 as well. This place is an absolute ripoff for what you have to pay, I won't ever be returning and I'll recommend anybody who values their money, don't even bother with this place.

been a while since we went here, and i gotta say there's a reason why. food prices went up and portions got smaller, i ordered the noodle bowl and had more lettuce then noodles, wife ordered Pho soup,small and it looked like for a kid. so yes we're still lookin for a pho restaurant...

Pho Hancock is a great place to stop in at for lunch. I really enjoy their noodle bowl, with all the meats. It's enough food for two meals really. I usually order for pickup and my food is ready in about 10-15 minutes every time. The lady at the front is also super nice.

I've been looking for a good pho place and I've found it here! The food was very yummy and filling and the owners are so friendly. I would recommend the hot green tea, it was full of flavor and aromatic.

Stop,Stop,STOP this place is under new and Horrible management..barely vegetables in Pho , watched 2 people get accidentally overcharged and then a process to Void it, a 5min phone call on each one.... If you have never had Pho, do not let this be your first taste of it.. This is the 3rd ownership that I have known about in the last 4yrs. Definitely the worst service and food out of the three. Really don't know how you have Pho in your name and it is not good..SMH gotta do better if you want any repeat business

This location is pretty close to home which was perfect a few weeks back when we were looking for something to stop to eat for lunch. My husband and daughter have a small pho addiction lol! My son and I shared a chicken noodle bowl that was so good it was hard to stop eating (which is what brought the rating to a four star). My daughter and husband both got pho and enjoyed their meal as well. They said the broth wasn't as flavorful as some of the other pho places they frequent, but it was still good after doctoring with the herbs and sauces and the sort. If we went back, it would 100% be for the noodle bowls. Hands down.

This was our second time ordering and everything tasted great! Presentation was beautiful and everything was wrapped securely with no mess. Pick up was a breeze, and the staff is so kind and pleasant. I appreciate the additional COVID safety precautions the business has taken. We will definitely be returning!

As usual, they always treat their customers with the utmost respect however, I was just not a fan of their Mongolian beef. Their Vietnamese cuisines are on point though. Will definitely come back again.
