I have been here multiple times in the past few months and every time I was there I have had to wait the 7-10 mins to make a pizza. They are not on top of anticipating demand for their customers. Of those times that I have been there, I remember three times when the employee (always just one) was joking with their friend who didn't even work their.

Worst experience ever! This place is poorly maintained and managed! We went to this “Pizza Hut” to have a nice little outing as a family which ended in my 3 year old crying because they could not provide anything that she wanted. Now I understand she is picky ( as most 3 year olds can be) but when I asked them if they could make me a cheese pizza with no sauce they claimed they could not as they prep them in the morning with sauce. Okay, so I tried to order a pretzel and apparently they forgot to prep those that morning as they were still frozen. Okay, so I tried to order the breadstick bites ( that they had a huge sign on their menu advertising) and was informed “they don’t have them yet”. Okay, so I settled for their pretzel bites paid for them and waited for them to make them. About 10 min later I am informed that the pretzel bites “ solidified “ ( whatever that means) I then was asked if I wanted something else ( lol as they have much of anything else) so I settled for a refund and a 3 year old with an empty stomach. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! POORLY MANAGED LOCATION! I WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN!

DAVID HAS BEEN RIDICULOUS! This restaurant messed up my order and made it seem like it's my fault. I called and calmly explained that my 18 order of wings showed up with only 12 and had no blue cheese which is all I ordered with it. SIMPLE MISTAKE, so I called in to simply re-adjust the order to 18 and to bring blue cheese. David, the guy on shift, told me that there was nothing they could do and that I was out of luck....MY RECEIPT SAYS 18 wings, I expect 18 wings, which I payed for. Then David (the so called man on duty) proceeded to tell me that “ he'll do what he wants because it's just Pizza Hut and nobody is going to say s****** Jeffrey the delivery guy did an amazing job by apologizing for the mistake made and went out of his way to make me and my wife feel good about ordering from this place. SHAME ON DAVID for making my wife and I feeling unwanted (David hung up on us when we called back in to get it corrected). Thank you Jeffery for taking care of us when your “boss†was incapable of doing so. I do not ever recommend this store because of people like David, however people like Jeffery makes this place more tolerable. Thank you Jeffery for being a solid part of customer service!!
