Just tried to order a pizza online. Driver couldn't find my house. His manager said his driver tried to call me but I did not receive any calls. But the manager decided to cancelled my order. During the two phone calls with the manager, or whoever called me twice from the store, I feel he was too busy to offer any other solution for me, a regular customer, other than cancelling my order. The pizza is lacking its signature flavor and crispness, leaves alot wondering who else can make better pizza? but your not supposed to out pizza the hut but this hut is being blown away by its competition. Less speed and more care for presentation and proper preparations helps a great deal.

Last night 4/13/2023 at 7PM I ordered a pizza supreme to be delivered. When it did not arive I called. They said it had been delivered. The receipt was signed and a tip given. It was not me. They did send a replacement pizza. We have 2 buildings here and I thought it went to the other building. We have security cameras and we checked to see who got my pizza.
