Had to order thru door dash and pay nearly twice as much to get a pizza delivered because the website says "there are no stores that deliver to your address." I am an 8 minute drive away. No way should that be outside of the delivery radius for this store. They also only cut the cheesy bread into 2 giant pieces. All in all this store sucks but the food is fine I guess.

Pizza hutt has the worst customer service. I have emailed you all for months. Then finally Robert the manager at the store finally emailed me back. He was rude. And we he finally said he will give me a $20 credit it never showed up in my account and I emailed him back and ask where the credit will be and he has just ignored me. First my order was over $50 and he only gave me $20 credit that I still don't have. I have all the emails from him and you tge Customer service to prove how awful this experience has been.

I should have just taken the pepperonis and cheese off and cut up the cardboard box it came in into pizza shaped pieces, placed the cheese and pepperoni onto those cutouts and eaten it like that. I’m almost certain it wouldn’t have been as dry and tasteless as what I got. Did they make the pizza at 7am? I ordered it around 6:30pm and got it around 7:00pm. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and remember it being tasty enough. Took a chance because of an appealing commercial. Boy was I wrong for that choice. Won’t be fooled again. Last order Pizza Hut ever gets from this fool.

On vacation from out of state and this was the closest one to our hotel. I ordered 2 hours in advance for pickup at dinner time. Well I guess they still made the pizza early bc when my husband got back to the hotel,the pizza tasted old and was barely even warm. Waste of
