The BBQ pizza is pretty good here, no complaints about that. However, the place maybe was having an off day - digital menus not working, website wouldn't allow ordering ahead and they were sold out of many items on a Sunday afternoon. (Who runs out of rice?!) Good food though and friendly service. Just some practical kinks that need to be worked out I think.

The pizza crust was "cracker" crispy, not the kind of crust I care for. The toppings and sauce was good. The salads ? and sandwiches looked quite good (from what I saw on other tables)

We are staying nearby and tried it on a whim. So glad we did! Our group of 3 adults and 4 kids (including a baby) had an excellent time. It’s extremely kid-friendly with a play area in the back. The food was fresh and delicious. We’ll be coming back whenever we are in town.

Here for an event and we were given a ticket for either a piece of pizza or some cheesy bread I Wish I had gotten the bread. The pizza isn't awful, just more saucey than I personally care for. I am eating pepperoni pizza, I should be able to taste something other than cheap marinara. I'd rather eat a piece of pizza from Sam's.

I'm from 719, I'm 44, restaurant business for 29 years, super local. Pretentious employees, CC students and old folks that are slow don't make for, " good employees ". I've told many of folk to apply here with more than enough experience and they always get shut down. You all are ok, but, lets love our locals who have experience and make sure if we hire folks just to look good, you look better with a better staff who is actually local, and more importantly, have experience. Also, this isn't downtown New York.

Really upset - cannot get a hold of anyone over the phone to fix my order. I spent over 55$ on lunch for me and my family and am missing a couple items. My large salad does not have chicken nor coleslaw and also did not receive the soup order I placed. Very disheartening since I’m home now and cannot get back to the restaurant. Was hoping someone could pick up and at least issue me a credit.

First time here, for a private event in the back that included a very nice veggie pizza and decent veggie salad.Vegetarian options: I never saw the menu because my group provided the foodParking: I got a parking ticket because I paid the wrong meter. I had no idea I had done that until I saw the ticketWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible restaurant; didn’t use the bathroom so can’t evaluate accessibility.

If you if you were a family and you have small children it is a fantastic place to go as they have a playroom in the back. I understand they have good pizza I don't know. I know the man that was sitting at the table beside me found a hair in his. So I'm glad I did not try the pizza. I tried the Reuben pastrami and it was okay but I thought the coleslaw was terrible. That's just honest. Again if you have children what a wonderful place to go on a cold rainy day.

I’ve been going to the wine tastings with Sonja at Rico’s and they are fantastic! She does a great job of picking themes and wines that offer something for every palate. Is been an awesome opportunity to learn more about wine and discover new varieties. I can’t wait to see what she does in the new year!

Iconic downtown eatery and bookstore. Great menu with a good variety of options with multiple choices for individuals looking for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. A variety of daily soups as well but honesty I’ve never ventured from my first meal there years ago which was the #1 pizza special with a 3-topping slice of your choice, a top notch house salad and a drink. It’s consistently amazing! Also theres a hidden patio in the back when its nice out!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan optionsParking: Lots of paid parking downtown and a few free spots around the corner in side streets

Major stomach problems. Had the pizza and salad about an hour ago. The pizza was crispy on the bottom but cold in the middle. Pretty sure I have food poisoning.
