This is absolutely my favorite Qdoba! I’m always lucky to come in when Ashley is working because the food is beyond amazing! Even close to closing, the food line is ALWAYS stocked and exceeds my expectations for taste & quality. Ashley is very polite and her customer service is another reason to come back. When purchasing nachoes they don't provide enough fresh unbroken chips.
Love Qdoba… Will never be back to this location. The employees were rude and didn’t want to help me. The rice was crusty and hard, the portion was that of a kids meal, i asked for a little more and was charged extra. Food was cold.

Um they say they are open until 9pm and it’s 845 and door is locked and employee just stared at me and then walked to back and ignored me clearly wanting to know why the door is locked and they should be open. Don’t pretend to not see someone. How rude

This Qdoba doesn't follow same policies and practices as other stores, and this is by far the worst Qdoba in Springs (North Academy). This place routinely charges for extra cheese, guacamole, and even one instance, extra sour cream. Non of the others in Springs charges for an extra scoop. The employees at this location are straight up rude, just rude, and the place seems to always have a lingering cigarette smell. The restroom smells worse than a porta-pot, and frankly this location is just bizarre.
