First time in Red Robbin and they treat you with complimentary apps- we chose fries and all their many sauces lol. We were greeted and served with Chloe and Mike the manager. They definitely made our visit wonderful. But OMG! If you're not used to going to restaurants like this with your little, hang tight because you're in for a ride hahaha. Our little one was overstimulated!! There are bright colors, loud music, multiple TVs, balloons, and everything going on at once. So prep yourselves if you like this for dinners... Anyway, we ordered the: Avocado burger Bottomless sweet potato fries Wings naked with different sauces Broccoli Food was alright. Def better than fast food IMO. I can't wait to try more burgers but maybe order in next time.

I brought a group of 80 teens in for an early lunch and found this red robin to be particularly helpful and friendly!! They accommodated our large group perfectly, having fries and waters already set on our tables when we got there. They worked with me on splitting and paying a very large check. They worked speedily to get us all of our food on time, and we're as friendly as could be throughout all the craziness that you don't usually see at 11:30am on a weekday! Thank you so much Michael and all the staff!!! I would highly recommend this location for a large group meal or just a family dinner. ? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our food was excellent. The real winners here are the staff. Not only was our waitress attentive but the managerial staff was prompt in checking tables and guests as well.

Honest Opinion
Honestly had the worst experience I’ve had here so far tonight. Went in by myself with the expectation of great service and ready to tip heavily to my waitress. Instead, I ended up only giving a $5 tip out of grace cause all I got to hear was so much gossip about who got promoted and how said person no longer hangs with them anymore. Also, I had to wait for my first extra order of bottomless fries for 10+ minutes cause I guess cleaning closing down shop came first? I get it, we all want to go home on a Friday night. But I guess prioritizing your customer isn’t a thing anymore? It was just disappointing cause I had looked forward to this all day.

We love the large tower of onion rings before the burgers come to the table!! We always enjoy our burgers as each of us can get them cooked the way we like them. The bottomless fries make it impossible to leave hungry. ?

Went in to the Southgate Location. The host huffed and puffed because we asked to be seated at a booth. Then he took 10 mins to clean 5 booths then wandered around the restaurant. He took his sweet time because he was not happy that we requested a booth rather than a table. The manager was even more rude when she finally came to seat us because the host never came back. I mentioned to my husband that the host was taking his time to come back to us. As the manager was seating us she whipped around and said is there going to be problem here like she was trying to get confrontational with us. Very unprofessional! And we very frequently go to this establishment but i turned around and walked out. Then the manager yells at the host and says if anymore people are rude to you like them let me know! They BOTH were the rude ones.That manager needs to be FIRED if that’s how she treats customers, along with her rude sloth of a host!
