23 April 24 - had lunch with five of my friends today. We had a great waitress named Nicole who did a great job taking our orders & keeping our drinks refilled. I ordered the turkey burger with potato chips and my burger was juicy and the bun did not fall apart. Two of my friends had the lettuce wrapped burger and they said it was delicious. My burger was free because this is my birthday month so I only had to pay for my strawberry lemonade. Nicole also brought us a tray of French fries with dipping sauce. Good food and great service cannot wait to go back!

Fun, inviting, and very kitschy. Fun times all. Not at all sure about the digital kiosks at the table but it sure does keep the beverages flowing. Wheelchair accessibility: My wife is in a six wheeled wheelchair and we were very comfortable navigating.

3.31.24 updateGot here at 6:58. Stopped coming to Red Robin because of a few negative service experiences in the past. It's probably been a year since I've been back.However, I had a birthday burger so I thought I would come stop by.The waiter checked on me once in the hour and a half I was there. I can't make this up.Bottomless is supposed to be bottomless. Unfortunately, he just kept walking by. Must've thought my bill would be that big so I didn't matter.At that point, I just wanted a box and my bill fixed. I had to waive him over. Paid and left.I think I'm done with Red Robin. Unfortunate cause this used to be a favorite.

I recently visited Red Robin for the first time and had an exceptional experience! Our waitress, Raelynn, was super kind and helpful from the moment we sat down. She was knowledgeable about cross contamination and made sure to let the us know due to my dietary restrictions.The manager, Josh, was also excellent! He welcomed us warmly and even offered us a free sample of their fries since it was our first visit.Unfortunately, my burger came out with cheese (which I had specifically asked to be left off), but Raelynn quickly rectified the situation by sending it back to be remade. And to make up for the mistake, Josh gave us a coupon for our next visit!Despite the initial mistake, the service and atmosphere at Red Robin were top-notch. The menu had plenty of options that accommodated my dietary needs, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt taken care of. I highly recommend Red Robin and will definitely be back! Thank you, Raelynn and Josh, for an amazing experience!Vegetarian options: Had a section of vegetarian burgers.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun and fries option.Parking: Very accessible parking lot.
