Really cool little family-owned Italian restaurant in pizza place. Food was amazing the pizza was some of the best I've ever had and the atmosphere was awesome super good service even though they were busy!

I haven't been there in years. It's still a great place to go. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I look forward to going back.

Okay pizza as expected (compared to NY/ East Coast). Not worth the higher than average price. Food was ready on time for takeout.

No idea how the food is. Service was terrible. Plenty of open seating we sat immediately. Then they avoided us for 5-7min nobody said another word to us. We looked over the menu the whole time. Had in mind what to order. Meanwhile we didn't even have drinks yet. Finally just walked out. ? If people say the food is good I'd suggest ordering it Togo ahead of time as in person experience is terrible. The place had a cool atmosphere inside, but very small tables. Took my grandmother here to try it out, but even she 100% agreed we waited long enough and it was best to just leave. God knows how much longer we would've waited to order and how long than that it would take to get the food. 0/10 experience.

The very definition of a comforting and welcoming hole in the wall. Roman Villa is not a large establishment, with a max occupancy of 50 people, but that just means you are noticed and welcomed the minute you walk in the door. There was a bit of a wait but both the regulars and the staff were friendly and before we even sat down we were handed drinks. After we sat down we were quickly served and had some great Italian food, plus best connonli I've ever had. Can't wait to go back.Parking: Parking in the front but way more in the back of the restaurant.

The website said they deliver and they don't. Also the last that answered the phone just now was so rude. I would not recommend wasting your money on people that could care less about you as a posting customer. I was blown away..

OMFG!!! Anyone looking for true Chicago style pizza, look NO further. This is not the tourist trap deep dish nonsense, this, is, born, and, raised, Chicago, pizza. It may not be square/tavern cut but don't let the slice fool you! Cracker crisp crust that stays rigid no matter how many toppings you put on it, an equal amount of toppings in every bite, cheese so stringy and delectable, pizza sauce so perfectly distributed and flavorful. My first bite I closed my eyes in uncontrolled ecstasy and ventured down a rabbit hole of my childhood Friday nights back is home sweet home Chicago!

If you want to get treated like family and fill your belly, then go to Roman Villa. We hadn't been here in over 20 years (What's wrong with us?) yet we felt welcomed back right away.Service was outstanding. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. We got the ravioli with meatballs and the manicotti with meat sauce and a side of sausage along with a Caesar salad and some chianti. It was very chilly outside, but the dining room was warm and cozy. Our meals came out quickly. You can't beat the prices here!We can't wait to go back and try the pizza!Parking: Lots of parking behind the restaurant.

Pizza is the best. Stick with the meat sauce if you're ordering pasta.
