The hellfire knots were good. I also ordered the calzone. Plenty of mozzarella, ricotta, and pepperoni. The sauce tasted freshly made. They sell pizza by the slice during their business hours.

The spicy garlic knots are soo good! Pizza is alright but it weirds me out when I see the employees using bare hands to handle my pizza without washing them after handling cash! I suppose the heat of the oven will kill the money germs ?

I acknowledge it was a late order, but I ordered and arrived within the business hours posted online, only to leave with no food.Placed our online order at 9:30pm and came in a few minutes before close at 10:00pm. Gentleman behind the counter told me his boss instructed him to close early, so he had cancelled our order. Didn’t see the email notifying us of cancellation until I left the restaurant without our food.The food here was good the one time I ate here previously.

I am ashamed to have bought pizza from any business other than Ruffrano's. 11 out of 10 will always get pizza here.
The foods good, sure. But the curly headed guy (mullet) has great customer service! We was in there tonight and he was working his butt off, while the guy he was working with moved like a sloth. He went above and beyond to all customers, not just us. Stayed kind even while really busy. He seems to be working often when we come in and eat. He got us fresh cheese pizza! The cheesecake was yummy too! Wish I would have got his name to brag on him!

If you try to order by calling a rude guy answers. If you hate your job quit don't be in the service industry! Won't call them again. A shame because they have good pizza!

I went in to get try them since I work close. I ordered 2 calmness for me and my husband. I was told it would be about 10 to 15 minutes. It took 25 minutes and I didn't even get a chance to eat it. I understand things don't always go as planned. The bad part is when the guy handled cash right before dipping his hands into the cheese to put all over the food. I have worked in food and know how bad that is. You can't do that.

I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER. WHICH EVER GUY ANSWERED THE PHONE REFUSED MY REQUEST. I ASKED HOW DO I GO ABOUT SPEAKING TO THE OWNER OR GM. HE SAID THE OWNER IS NEVER IN AND HE CANT GIVE ME THE OWNERS INFORMATION.I NEVER ASEKD FOR THE OWNERS INFORMATION... I ASKED HOW HE REACHES THE OWNER WHEN NEEDED AND HE SAID HE JUST CALLS HIM, SO WHY WASNT THE GM OR OWNER BROUGHT INTO ANY OF THIS WHEN I ASKED MORE THAN ONCE?????? COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. HE NEVER ONCE ASEKD IF HE COULD HELP ME. HE TOLD ME ID HAVE TO JUST KEEP TRYING TO CALL BACK UNTILL THE OWNER IS IN. I WILL COME IN PERSON TO GET MY REFUND ON MY ORDER. MY PIZZA WAS BURNT AND OIL WAS SOAKING THROUGH THE BOX. THE EMPLOYEES NEED TO HAVE A TRAINING COURSE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROPER PHONE ETIQUETTE! Less than average at best. I've tried to give this place another shot but after my 4th visit it's been underwhelming again. A few visits with a different pie each time and it was still a bland and regrettable experience. Customer service has always been great but the food has never been good. Nothing bold for sure but flavor and a good cook on a pie can not be found in their recipes. If you want to pay more than you should for a dull experience this may be the place for you.
