We have food catered for our weekly team meeting and Saladworks did not disappoint. Kari and her staff created a beautiful display of salad and sandwiches. My staff had positive comments on the quality and taste of the food. We will continue to have lunch catered from Saladworks.

Spent an insane anount for delivery for a grilled wrap. The wrap had so much sauce on it that it was soggy and falling apart. Either the sauce leaked out of the wrap or the pickle that they put in the bag leaked and the paper bag holding the food Remember actually broke open, and all of my food fell on the floor. I was able to salvage it only to not eat it because it was hardly edible. I went here for a healthy alternative, but the wrap was anything but healthy.

This place is ran by a bunch of lazy employees who seem to never have received training in not only customer service but in making a basic salad. The last time we were physically there, we stood there for over 5 minutes and absolutely no one came out to greet us or take our order so we left, we should not have to call out for someone to come serve us and we could clearly hear the employees laughing and talking in the back. Orders are usually always wrong in some way, ingredients are not fresh and sometimes straight up rotten. My partner also got really bad food poisoning the last time we ate here. We kept giving SaladWorks chance after chance because it’s really the only “salad” place around, but after the food poisoning we will never be back. It’s clear even the health of the customer is not even considered.

Keri is awesome!!! She is so welcoming and her outgoing personality makes you feel like part of her family!! Highly recommend!!Parking: Lots of placesKid-friendliness: My 16 month old grandson walks around while we eat and that's acceptable. Our staff catered SaladWorks as a healthy option this busy season. We were surprised and delighted to see all the options offered and my staff LOVED it. We re-ordered for another week because it went over so well. Saladworks has delicious, fresh, and healthy options and will be a new healthy staple for our busy seasons going forward. Carrie, the GM, set up everything so we didn't have to lift a finger for set up!They did a great job!

Everytime my fiance and I get delivery something is missing. We try going into the store but then there's no one working there. We were just there, had time to look through the ingredients plan our order, made it to the cash register and then we realized we hadnt actually seen an employee yet. Ended up leaving after looking for employees.

I would rank this higher but I was kind of bummed. When ordering from door dash it's over $2.00 for a very small container of additional salad dressing, and the one you get with it isn't near enough. Also, they were out of green blend, for a salad place to be out of Salad mix is kinda funny. I wish iceberg lettuce would fall off the face of the earth. It's cheap, and not nutritional at all. I think I'll wait until I can go to the physical location before eating here again.

I LOVE this restaurant! Excellent selection of paninis, sandwiches, and salads and my favorite is the build-your-own salad option, so I can make it with exactly what I’m craving that day! The GM stopped by our table to greet us and also took one of our empty trays. Just a great experience all around, thank you!

Good option for people trying to eat healthy. Think of a salad bar but set up like a chipotle rather than a self serve salad bar. Good options at this salad bar.Other options available: soups, sandwiches/ panini, cookies.Service: was not crowded/no wait. Staff were very friendly.Atmosphere: ok. Think chipotle.Location: car centric urban planning location. Blah, blah strip mall location.Could be better; substitutions or lack of substitutions when ordering online. For example, tomatoes taken off and red peppers added, the computer counts this as an addition and not a substitution, adds $1.99 to price of salad. Back in the day this would be a simple substitution and there would be no up charge.
