Had a fun time today at Sam's club they have a lot of stuff I can't get in bulk anywhere else even Costco! Also had to stop by their food court to grab a hot dog and pizza pretzel!

A quick stop to get bottles of water and gas. Parking was a mess. Many people inside the store as well. I used the Scan and go on the Sam's App to save time at check out. The gas pump waiting time was longer than expected. Seems like a very busy store in general.

They did not allow me to shop before 10 am. I quit my membership after about 15 years. I am very sad with rude and unprofessional customer service.

Solid options when in need. I'm not going to lie, I like the competitor more. But I wouldn't turn my nose ever at sams. They've got great options and are close by. Which is always great. We usually come here for one item and it's their real good (I believe that's the brands name) chicken nuggets. They taste just like chick fil a. Sooooo good. Highly recommend buying them to make at home.

Great place to grab groceries and other essential items. The employees are really nice and really do try to do what they can for their customers. I've picked up items curbside and it is so simple and fast. I order online and show up at some point around my designated pickup time and check in with the parking spot I am in. The employee wheels everything out and loads it into my car. If I'm buying in store I always use the check out on phone app. You can even price check some items, delete the item if you decide against it, and have a running total for the price of your items. The app also allows you to store your membership card and holds receipts for you too. I can get in and out in a few minutes if I want to. The food court offers your typical selection of hot dogs, pizza, froyo, and the new addition of pizza pretzels! The service is fast and friendly.

Sam's Club seems the "go to" place for gas this morning standing at under .10 cents a gallon less than most gas stations in Las Cruces. it is nice to shop inside. No empty shelves and highly recommend the roasted chicken, delicious and great for a quick dinner. I've always been a Costco shopper from being a Californian. Sams is just as good. It's honestly like a Disneyland for adults! So many things to look at and you could buy stuff in bulk that would last for months. Good prices, quality products, good service, no wait, no crowd.

Good clean store, easy to get around. Location was good and next to a Walmart which made it easy to get a few extra smaller items. We bought meat here which was fresh and tasty. Everyone was friendly and the food court was easy to use. The parking lot was clean too.
Sam's is Getting worse as far as discontinuing products - balsamic vinegar, triscuit crackers and manchego cheese just to name a few. I was told by an employee that these items are no longer carried by Sam's And couldn't give a reason why. Loooong checkout lines too. I guess Sam's wants to encourage their customers to use self check-out (there a plenty of these available ), but I don't work for sam's, therefore I should expect a couple more checkouts (only 2 are available at any given time) with cashiers. Strongly considering cancelling my membership with Sam's and going over to Costco. Sam's is getting worse by the minute. So disappointing- it used to be a great place to shop.

18 May 21 - visited this Sam's Club instead of the one on Woodmen that is closer to where we live because I was hoping it would be better stocked. I still could not find the roasted frozen chicken wings I usually get at the Castlerock Sam's Club. Hope they did not discontinue this item so I will try Walmart to see if I can find them. It is a much newer larger Sam's Club and has a lot more meat etc. than the one on Woodmen which needs to be remodeled. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Only one cashier checking out all the customers. Thomas the cashier was not very aware of what was going on. After I told him I wasn't interested in upgrading my membership he got an attitude and didn't say a word. Just handed me my receipt, no thank you, nothing.
