It’s good but more fad the flavorful. My order was wrong but that was fine. Staff were friendly. But the food is small portions and way overpriced. Took nearly 10 minutes for our food to come out, too. The portions are small. Honestly, it’s not worth it. You can get a better deal nearly anywhere else. We won’t be coming back.

After 15 min of waiting, I asked about my food - they couldn't find the order at first. By the time they did, the shake had been sitting long enough for whip cream to melt and the chicken was no longer hot. We came for a fundraiser, which I appreciate.

I really want to give a positive review, but my first experience was not great. I had the double green chili burger. It was better than In and Out, better than Whata burger, and I have only one critique. The bun became soggy. I tried to eat it quickly. I am not a fan of soggy buns but still a good burger. The fries, I like the crinkle cut, but they were flavorless. I struggled to taste any potato flavor. I do take objection with the kiosk ordering wanting a tip. We order on a kiosk, get our own condiments, and napkins. Asking for a tip seems out of place. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the place. We visited 3:30 PM on a Saturday. There were paper and food particles all over the floor. I did take pictures but don't feel the need to add those. The trash can in the bathroom was over flowing with trash. I will return for a second try, hopefully it will be cleaner, I did enjoy the burger.

I was so excited to go to this shake shack because I love the one in Denver. Well even when it's slow, like only a few cars in the parking lot, they make you wait five minutes at the drive thru speaker and another 15 for the food! Very slow service even when it's not busy inside. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or just not well trained.

Drive through experience. Friendly service. Minor wait to get food, as expected for something made fresh. Ordered the avocado bacon burger, classic fries and vanilla shake. All were good. ? ? ?

Our 1st time here, and it won't be our last. Great meals, exceptional staff, clean and sanitary, plenty of parking, and a great venue for the family. Not to mention the views as well. And you won't break the bank for a big burger and fries like you will at many other close by burger joints. 5 Thumbs Up for sure.

We paid for two double cheeseburgers, received two singles. Anything specific we added/deleted was incorrect as well. Safe to assume we received someone else's order. We paid an awful lot of money only to receive food we didn't order.
