As someone who has had the kolaches from shipleys in Texas, which are absolutely addictive, there’s something off with the ones from here. I can’t tell if it’s the sausage or cheese, but something isn’t right and it lacks most of the flavor of the kolaches from shipleys in Texas. Mised this place since I left TX. Good place, love Kolaches, they were bigger than i remembered. Doughnuts were good, do go near there on a Sunday as it is right by New Life Church... crazy! :)

First time trying Shipleys. Tried a regular glazed , an iced yeast doughnut, and a black coffee.First off, I was greeted as soon as I entered and was waited on promptly. I was pleased with the service. The glazed doughnut was pedestrian…you can get this doughnut anywhere so paying $1.79 for it is too much. The iced yeast doughnut was better and could justify its price. The star of the show was the coffee. It was a good cup of Joe.I’d like to try the savory products next time.
