Fallon Saulters, the owner, doesn't pay her employees. She mislabels kratom and sells it as other types of kratom (I know because I work there). Her paychecks bounce and she gets red letters from the state of Colorado every other day. On top of that, all her suppliers have left her because of her unscrupulous business practices. Nitro tea will no longer be available due to incompetence. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

Love simple teas almost always have a good experience. This morning the young lady behind the counter was rude and tried to short change me 10 dollars. I will usually tip do not a big deal but she was rude and then tried to take from me on Top of that. Like I said love the place been going for a few years need to get rid of that employee though.

I feel like the negative reviews on here must be from competing businesses because my experience with Simple Teas was above 5 stars. You can tell that thier products are fresh and of higher quality than other places in town. Incredible pricing on quality products and friendly staff. You cand tell this place is set apart by the clean and comfortable environment, fresh lab certified products, and variety of products. You should definitely stop in and give this place a try.

Closing before you are actually suppose to be closed really doesn’t look good. It’s 12:27pm and they are fully closed up when the sign and website states they close at 1pm. Might want to actually honor your hours.
