Wanted to sit and have a shake, pulled up to the drive to order and they told us rudely that we would have to do drive thru. Took forever to get through the drive thru. Not welcoming at all.

Rudest employee I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant, pressed the button and immediately he was rude then I order and he said “what you want” and I asked about the corn dogs he said yep and I said I’ll have 8 he said “goddamn” and I added the drinks and he said alright it’s 10$ and said well have them out “sometime later”, even though there is only 1 other car at the restaurant

I hate to give a terrible review, but I must. I used the online mobile ordering. Arrived and the car hop lot was closed and dark. So, pulled into drive through, waited 10min to get to the ordering station. Told the attendant that we had a mobile order, then waited nearly 30min in the line of three cars to get to the window. Spent another 10min while the staff attended to other things. By the time they figured out they had already packaged up our food and drinks, all the food was cold and the drinks thawed.Besides poor excuses, this was a terrible and disappointing experiences that is not the only time this has happened with the franchise. This has happened to us multiple times through the last 5 years traveling all over the midwest including Colorado.I gave feedback through the mobile app and was given a very understanding response and a $10 "gift card" and free Route 44 drink credit. It does not return my time, inconvenience, and opinion that Sonic Franchise is in trouble and needs an overhaul system wide.I am a business owner myself and hate to give anything but stellar reviews, but between the parent company and franchisees, they have a lot to fix to get my business back.That being said, give me a reason and a chance to amend my review Sonic and Sonic on Fillmore. Let me know when its time for me to give you another chance, by responding to this review, and I will!

I came at night with only two other cars parked at the restaurant. Drive through was closed. When I pressed the button I was told there would be a 5-10min wait. I thought that was odd since there were only two people here even if it’s short staffed. But ok that’s fine. I waited the 10min. Then two other cars pulled in on each side of me, they pressed the button and I heard both of them immediately get their order taken. I still hadn’t been helped. So I pressed the button again even tho it still showed activated. The girl answered by saying it would be a 5-10min wait. I said, you took everyone else’s orders around me and I came way before any of them did. She didn’t respond, and in fact the screen showed she deactivated my call. I asked if she was there and no answer. I am currently waiting while I’m writing this and have been here close to 30min and still haven’t even gotten my order taken. The two other cars that came after me have received their food and left. I want to leave but I also want my food. I understand if there’s not enough staff and it takes longer, that’s ok. But at least keep track of who’s in line and in what order and don’t be rude and shut a person off when they ask what’s going on. I am now literally the only car here that hasn’t gotten food delivered to them and my order still hasn’t even been taken. This is absolutely ridiculous.

If you can help it, do not go here. I pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted and asked to wait a moment. After waiting over 10 minutes, one of the employees walked out and yelled “Hey man pull up!” (Meaning to the drive thru window) in a tone as if I should have known to pull up. It wasn’t worth it at that point.

Okay it's been a minute since I've been to a sonic. Went for a breakfast toaster and I wish I'd snapped a photo cause out of the wrapper it looked perfect. U didn't and just started mowing down on it. Amazing. The egg was seasoned and the texture and presentation was greatly improved from their precious preformed egg circles. Anyways, nice job.
