When I do a review I always accentuate the positives. However, I am unable to give a positive review this time. I could not wait for a great cup of coffee that morning. However, my coffee was served to me cold. The Starbucks associate, had to realize, that the coffee she handed me, was cold, not hot, yet she still gave it to me. I was in a big hurry and I could not go back into the coffee shop. This was a very disappointing experience.

Sarah behind the front counter was super friendly and motivational to her coworkers, and it even put some extra pep in my step this morning as the customer! The whole crew was great! I have never left a review of a chain restaurant, but it was a very positive experience!

absolutely great view of the mountains. quick and friendly service but i was unable to order in the app. the restrooms are locked up so you need a key to enter. the seating area was about as dirty as i have ever seen in a starbucks… flirt covered in crumbs and other litter. tables were dirty and sticky… they did come over and wipe when i asked. i

The worker knows my name cuz I am deaf. Some workers know sign language. I appreciate with them. I ordered the pumpkin spices without whip cream. I drank it and it was continue hot . I love it.
