What’s annoying is this Starbucks is always closed either at 2 or around three. They block off the drive thru starting at noon with chairs then start to slowly leave. Oh well Dutch bros for the win!

To me, this is one of the best Starbucks locations in Colorado Springs. I don’t go through the drive thru, I tend to only go inside. I am not in a rush, and I think the personal service is more attentive when you go inside vs. the drive thru.The views of Pikes Peak at this Starbucks are spectacular. My service dog and I will often make the drive to this location during the spring and summer months, just to get a small coffee and sit outside. I find it very enjoyable, and I know Hunter loves when he gets a pup cup!Parking: There are about 15 parking spots in the front of the building and about 15 on the side of the drive thru. I just try and avoid parking anywhere I think the drive thru line might end up.

I bought a regular brewed coffee nothing special and got overlooked for the drive thru patrons ..40 min. Later I asked barista how long the wait was going to be.. a weak apologetic huff from a manager ,no less and I received my coffee no Comp. In my Feelz bout that.

I had an absolutely awful experience. I watched what I assume to be the manager of some kind verbally tear down one of the baristas in the lobby in-front of customers. Very very unprofessional. The girl was very upset practically crying. I eventually asked the barista who handed me my drink what his name was. APPARENTLY his name is tom. And he should learn how to be more professional especially if he is a district manager… will not be returning and will encourage my friends and family to find a coffee shop that’s actually welcoming to everyone not just the people putting money in your pockets.

Major disconnect from what I order and sometimes pay extra for and what I get. When I’m in the drive thru I can see what I ordered and verify it’s correct so the person who took the order obviously understood what was asked for but when I get my order it’s not correct! There needs to be some kind of retraining for the person who is making the drink because the orders are coming out incorrectly and the extra caramel and mocha I pay extra to get is missing and that’s wrong!

There have been some issues of product quality consistency at this location, but only through delivery apps, so whose fault is that really? Every in-person order from this location has been delicious and successfully fulfilled, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
