Would give a 0 if possible- be VERY careful if you have dairy intolerance or dietary needs because they do not care or follow your order. I have have numerous times, 3 in the last month, where my drink was made with milk when ordered as soy. I even specifically asked when picking up and said they have been making it with milk can you make sure it's soy and she asked the lady who made it who clearly looked surprised and quickly said yes (very clearly not being truthful). Sure enough it was milk. And every time all they can do is remake and refuse a refund. By the time I drink milk and get very I'll a remade drink does not fix that. Very poor service that they can following all the drink steps but cannot follow or even be honest about using soy. I would avoid at all costs if you have dietary needs.

Here is the thing, no matter where you are there is bound to be a Starbucks. No surprises here. The training is to be applauded they are the closest establishment to present consistently high standards and no surprises. Even in Peru!

I usually don't care for Starbucks but my daughter really wanted to use her money and go there. We had the absolute best customer experience that we've had in just about any place of business in a very long time. The barista, Tim, was pleasant, happy, funny, and joyful. He gave each customer undivided attention, talked with them, and made the experience of buying a beverage feel like we were rock stars.I saw him with the people in line before us, as well as after us, and he treated customers of all ages and demographics the same as equally important and valued.Any business, who is fortunate to have employees like Tim represent them are providing customers a fantastic experience who will come back time and time again! My 14 year Old and I talked about what a treat it was to be around someone who spreads joy and lights up the world. Thank you Tim for providing an exceptional customer experience and brighten our day.? your enthusiasm and energy for life are contagious!

I’ve had good and bad experiences at this Starbucks. Often, there will be no staff as they will be on the back. There’s been at least one occasion when my order has been incomplete. Yesterday, during operating hours they were closed. Despite all of this, I have overall good experiences here.

I love my drinks every time. I go every Monday and always see a young lad, he is very nice. Someone told me his name was William. So you should give him a raise :)

Crazy bad service. This should not be listed on google as a Starbucks. Just giving the company a bad name
