My daughter & I go to Starbucks quite often and always order the same thing. We known to expect a price difference from store to store but it’s usually within 40 cents. No biggie. Yesterday we stopped here to grab the same drink and she tried to charge me an extra $6.40? Then proceeded to tell me that all Starbucks is that are inside King Soopers or Safeway are cheaper than stand alone ones. I asked her if maybe she had a Ranan wrong and she proceeded to tell me that no everything was correct and not the drink was almost $13. For one drink? We decided to pass and we drove down the street to another Starbucks and the drink was 6.60? i’m confused on how two stores can be so much different but less than a mile apart. I think whoever was working isn’t properly trained on the register.

Thought it would be convenient to get Starbucks inside shopping instead of the new Starbucks outside. I was wrong. I ordered a Brown Sugar Oat milk Shaken Espresso and got straight coffee with oat milk. The barista did not even correctly scan my points so it doesn't show in the app. Barista was nice but could not make my drink at all. Go to the Starbucks across the street.

Used to go there a lot when i first moved from Chicago, great staff and Management with Christina and all the other staff are excellent, coffee is awesome and if i don't know exactly what i want they know by just explaining to them..There's another Christina there that I've known there from 15 or 16 months ago, she's pretty cool, fast and knows everything...I only really know those two Christina's from going in so much...They're both awesome and cool...Probably the best Starbucks around the Colorado Springs area since i left Chicago Ill... It's okay but it's no Dutch Bros. All their stuff tastes the same no matter what you get LOL disappointing.

I know it depends on the batista, but it takes so little to just be pleasant and it made my morning to have someone just being so kind and friendly. Starbuck Baristas just keeps stepping up and having such wonderful service. Thank you

They're often not open when they should be. My steamer was cold...and one of the ladies there is unbelievably rude. If you don't order EXACTLY how a drink is made she will yell, "We aren't Dutch Bros!" I witnessed this a couple times. Just find another one to go to. This isn't worth it. Cold drinks and rude, grumpy staff.
