Why do online orders take 20 minutes to make when the place is literally empty with just a couple drive through cars? I walked in 10 minutes after the pickup time and they only then started getting my food ready.

I love Starbucks but was in the area of this particular location and had the worst tasting caramel machiatto ever. This is my go-to drink that I usually love but couldn't even finish drinking whatever this actually was supposed to be.

This isn't about the drinks, more about how they go about hiring and NOT hiring people. A young lady I know had her first interview at this location. She was told at her interview that they wanted to continue on and have a second interview with her. The young lady called quite a few times to fugure out when they wanted her back for the second interview. Whenever she called back she was consistently blown off and told that "Emily" was not available. (Emily deals with new hires) Turns out she was available and was just avoiding speaking to the young lady. Instead of being professional and upfront she kept this girl hoping for another interview when she was never going to give her one and kept blowing her off only to finally say weeks later that they were "going in a different direction." Do better Emily.

I typically do a mobile order through drive thru and multiple times they have had super slow service. I get if they’re busy but most of the time they aren’t. Everytime I get my food it always ends up being cold by the time I get it.
I only use the drive thru but...ALWAYS fast service and the FRIENDLIEST employees!

By far the worst starbucks i have been to. Slower that turtle with service. If you dont have 45mins to an hour to wait I suggest going to mcdonalds for coffee. They have around 5 people preparing and it still takes forever to get coffee. Whoever organizes the starbucks on dublin and tutt need to come train these guys because they are lacking. Myself and about 6 others left without ordering because of how slow they are.
