Surrounded by the noise of Austin bluffs parkway and strip malls, is a really good Starbucks and the staff have a lot to do with that. Very friendly and accommodating. Areas are kept clean and service is quick.

Very nice people but not the sharpest knives in the drawer. I always order coffee with cream and sugar. Simple right? I always ask them to stir the coffee with the sugar to melt it down then top it off with half and half. They couldn't handle that complicated instruction.

Just saw a manager fire a worker in the lobby right before Christmas. Absolutely disgusting. If that's how they treat their workers I don't want to know how they treat customers. Never coming back to this location.

Whoever was working the microphone at 7 am on November 2 is extremely rude and if you don’t like your job leave it’s really not that hard. I didn’t deserve your rude comments or snide tone because I asked for just a minute while I was deciding what I wanted. And yes I’m the one who changed her mind and had to sit in the line because you were so rude to me. I struggle with anxiety and this was my one treat for me and my kid this month. Won’t be back.
