Starbucks for Constitution near King Soopers has extreme competition. I usually go by your drive-up because of convenience. I would check on the recent staffing group is not friendly nor making sure orders are accurate. It wasn't busy at all at the location and how can you mess up not putting CHIA Tea with a shot of expresso. FYI - There is a covert operation going on for hiring people that are trying to destroy a private non-corporate store. I understand how tough it would be to be next to King Soopers Starbucks and thought it would be important for you to know that your current staff at 5:30 PM MST - COLORADO - Constitution location isn't helping your business. A person with bright orange hair stood at the window for several minutes without acknowledging me. The CHIA Tea had no CHIA in it. Never had this poor experience at your store before. I walked in to fix my CHIA Tea and a woman walks up without apologizing and told her what happened. She had short black hair and fixed it while me letting her know that a shot of expresso was in it as well. Did not even read the outside of the cup to see that I had paid for one. She asked me do you want me to add one, and I had to tell her yes because I had paid for this already. I know what I order every single time and know how much I paid is always the same. Not observing what was on the order on the cup and clarifying the order before getting ready to hand it off with the expresso this time. Really lacking customer service skills.

I make no secret that I LOATHE Starsucks with a passion. They are overrated, over priced, and too presumptuous for me to take seriously.

Every starbucks is the same in my opinion. Customer service is always good and overpriced drinks taste amazing. I tried the iced shaken espresso with a shot of caramel, not bad if you need to wake up. I also got the strawberry refresher with no water and no ice. Apparently they are jumping on the (no ice means pay more $) bandwagon, which I am not happy about. The drink is mostly Ice and water. They will continue in the mean time to let customers buy the refresher with no water at least. Depending on the size you get, you can make several drinks by adding your own water.

A typical Starbucks on par with the chain. I didn't really have a much different experience than any other Starbucks I've ever been to. Service was good and products were the same as every other location.
Wouldn't make a breakfast sandwich even though they had it because they are "done for today" with that specific sandwich. Tryed to ordered at 4pm, just walked away no attempt made to offer anything else. Never going back.

I've been to this location a few times and it's a great store! Wonderful staff and very nice, clean interior. Feels cozy, comfortable seating and my complicated drink orders always come out perfect. (Sorry In advance baristas!) One of the baristas I see often is zoey and she's always been so open in helping me find what I like and encourages me to expand my options on different types of drinks. love it here!!

Ask to redeem a cheese danish (50 stars) but the barista said it needs 150 stars. So I bought one. She didn’t tell the oven was ready to clean at the time I paid so she cannot warm it for me until I asked.
