Busy,but pleasant. My drink order didn't take long, had a really nice conversation with one employee. I didn't realize how long my friend and I had visited until we got up to leave 2 hours conversation later, we both enjoyed our time,and our coffee. Great atmosphere! Parking lot kinda tight and driving over the ice mountain at the end of the driveway onto Tutt was tremendously solid and very bumping. Like a homemade ice speedbump. Take the truck not the corvette or mini. Otherwise nice place.

The staff seemed unhappy, showing no signs of greetings, welcome, or gratitude. The atmosphere was far from what I typically expect from a Starbucks, resembling more of a somber cemetery than a lively coffee shop. Unfortunately, this lack of ambiance persisted during my subsequent visit as well. In contrast, I have visited various Starbucks locations in different states, where the atmosphere is usually vibrant and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It is disheartening to find that this particular Starbucks falls short of my expectations in terms of the familiar vibes I associate with my usual Starbucks coffee. I can't help but feel that a cup of coffee from a gas station would not only be more affordable but also leave me with a greater sense of satisfaction.I will continue to revisit the place and provide feedback after each visit, keeping them updated here.Have a nice day!Your eyes and ears

I had an exceptional experience with the Dublin/Powers Starbucks as my staff and I embarked on a bus ride to Breckenridge, CO. The baristas were not only engaged but also remarkably skilled, ensuring our coffee experience was nothing short of perfect. Each drink was crafted with care and attention to detail, reflecting their dedication and expertise. It's rare to find such a committed team, and I must commend their effort and enthusiasm. The ambiance of the place coupled with the staff's proficiency made our journey start on a high note. I wholeheartedly recommend this Starbucks location to anyone seeking top-notch service and quality beverages. Kudos to the team for making our day!

I placed a mobile pickup order before leaving my house for work. It’s a 15 minutes drive. When I arrived to the store my order wasn’t even started and the staff were all standing around talking. They wait untilI get there to say they are out of oat milk( which is an up charge) and they are always out of drink stoppers. If I would have known they were out of oat milk I could’ve ordered from another store because my drink doesn’t taste the same without it.

I’m absolutely pissed. I went by this location before work this morning. I ordered though the drive thought, a Strawberry Açaí refresher and substitute the water with sweet cream. The lady who took my order laughed at me and asked if I wanted a pink drink instead. I told her no, she laughed again and asked if I was sure. I said yes, that I don’t want the coconut milk. I got to the window and paid, the man and the lady at the window didn’t even speak to me. I got my cup and it doesn’t have the sticker on it that tells them what I ordered. They also wrote have a nice day on my lid, which felt extremely passive aggressive to me. I’m actually allergic to coconut and I had a feeling I shouldn’t take a drink. I got to work and I left my drink sitting for about an hour (because I know if it’s the strawberry açaí with sweet cream, the cream will separate from the rest of the drink if left unmixed for to long) my drink never separated. I then asked a coworker to try my drink and tell me if they thought it was a pink drink because that’s one of her favorite drinks, and she said it 100% is a pink drink. If I drank this I could’ve been leaving work in an ambulance. I’m absolutely SICK that this even happened. I will NEVER be back at this Starbucks and I will be taking this up the line as far as I can.
