Popped in for an afternoon pick me up, the wonderfully bubbly girl that was running the drive threw had an absolutely amazing new drink recommendation for me that will probably be my new go to. It was a wonderfully refreshing experience all the way around ?

I think it’s pretty ridiculous to have no seating and not let customers use your restroom. I would not have purchased if I knew the restrooms were not available for customers.

They always mess up my order there is only one drink on the menu called pink drink only thing extra I want is a shot of vanilla syrup and cold foam how they manage to always mess it up is beyond me

So first of all they do NOT have dine in at this location, neither indoor OR outdoor seating, nor do they have a bathroom that is actually open for customers. Normally this would not be an issue but I walked there and back and I don't live just around the corner. Supposedly they had homeless people problems. Come on? How hard is it to put a key code on the door and change it up so people don't abuse it. I felt bad for the staff who were exceedingly kind and respectful. Their management, on the other hand, is just trying to make a buck. Their milk left my daughter sick. They just lost a loyal customer. Vote with your dollars and go somewhere else.

I don't know why they removed comfy chairs. The place looked empty. Also, there is only cinnamon in there to add flavor. Any other Starbucks has nutmeg or vanilla powder.revised- this is my go-to Starbucks when I am in Colorado Springs. It is always clean like a spotless, and I am always greeted with warm and welcome manners.

The spinach and egg white and Feta Wrap was ok , didn't hate it but it was nothing to run home and tell Moma about. I didn't like the fact that my Frappuccino was given to me with sticky caramel on the outside of the cup and the drink was almost half whip topping. For that price ( Venti) I need to the entire drink, not have whip topping fill in for what's missing. I think sometimes these employees lose sight of the fact that we're paying for this stuff when they decide to just throw people anything.

Went in 2/11 and the entire staff was INCREDIBLE! So friendly, so helpful, such amazing attitudes! Drinks were fast and delicious too!
Workers were very nice, but all seating had been removed. This goes against Starbucks’ claim of providing a “Third Place” for everyone. How can you feel welcomed when you can’t sit? Poor management decision, does not align with company values.

This Starbucks does not have a public bathroom and has closed the indoor area. You cannot sit-down and enjoy your coffee or food and work while here.

I just got out of hospital stopped to get 3 coffees, but needed to use restroom. Dragging my oxygen behind me I was denied the use of the restroom even though I explained it was an emergency she wouldn't allow me to use the restroom. Guess Dutch Brothers will be getting my Business from now on.
