Easily the worst Starbucks in Colorado springs. The staff consistently gets drinks made wrong and the wait times on mobile orders easily go 10 mins past pick up times. Hopefully they have some turnover

I waited a long time, my drinks were forgotten. When I said something, they were partially made, sitting by the coffee machine, and when I received them, they were incorrect. Sad this happened. I hope it is better next time.

My husband and I have tried numerous Starbucks locations since we moved to the area, but this is our favorite. The staff is the friendliest around. They take time to learn your name and your order. As far as my order, it always comes out right.

They used my name when they said “have a great day.” It’s rare to have such great service and atmosphere at a chain.

This is by far the best starbucks in town or that I've ever been to. The staff are genuinely happy and friendly, the vibe inside is great!
