This location is so slow that I go out of my way to avoid it. In some instances, this is on my way to/from home. But every time I stop in, it's a 15 minute wait, minimum, even with just two or three cars in the drive thru. Today, in the middle of the day, I waited 22 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. Maybe I'll try back in a year or two.

Tall drink and a breakfast sandwich. ln and out right? Wrong. As with other recent reviews I experienced a Luke warm drink that took 15 minutes to make and had to be made again. Breakfast sandwich took 35 minutes and several excuses to get it delivered. There were 7 employees working and I could see that other folks had similar issues. Starbucks you need to do better. My recommendation for people wanting to visit Starbucks is to go to the Interquest store

So food always cold when ask for them make sure it's warm. Yesterday got a debate about the name of my drink. To add to it they hand me a super hot drink with no sleeve. It also seemed like they were not engaged in service or waiting on us. This is why I quit going to Starbucks for about.12 to 18 mos. I'm done again.

I used to like this Starbucks a lot but recently customer service is not what it used to be. I went two days in a row for a pickup order through the drive thru, both times Employees weren’t friendly. Yesterday they got my drink completely wrong but I understand people make mistakes so I wasn’t too upset about it. Today my drink again is wrong and for paying $6 a drink I would like my drink to be full, there was 1/4 missing from my drink. My drink was not hot. I picked up my drink 8 minutes after ordering so confused why my drink wasn’t hot and why my drink wasn’t full. Very disappointed. I guess I will have to find another location to go to.

Great service in a convenient location. Went through drive through, so wasn’t able to see much interior but baristas were welcoming and fast. Good place to grab a quick coffee and walkable from the neighborhoods down the road.

Drive Through-I ordered 5 drinks and two sandwiches. 4 of the drinks and one of the sandwiches were correct. The 5ht drink and 2nd sandwich was not even close to what I ordered. Of course, I did not figure this out until I got home.
