Ordered on the app for delivery. Received my sandwich with no meat, my bread not toasted, and the wrong cheese. Also the chips were wrong. Been trying to call the store for a refund but no answer. I’ve called at least 10 times to try and get a hold of someone. I’m super disappointed. I probably will never order from this store again. This is the second time I’ve had an issue and no one ever answers the phone. I feel like I threw money away with no way to get it back.

Store is clean. I'll give them that... but not much else. I ordered on the app today and even had proof of the order on my phone. Told me I could cancel it and they'd remake the order for me right there, but when i asked how to cancel it they told me i'd have to call accounts receivable or something along those lines to do so. Didn't have a phone number I could call, no option to cancel within the app. Wife went in and purchased a separate meal for me minus the soda and we went home so I could research how to get this taken care of. Phone numbers for customer care are only robits, can't get through to a human, and trying to use the website feedback for apps would lead to a website failure every time I tried to submit it. App shows my food as delivered now too, so I'm out an extra $25 on this with no way to reclaim that money. Im gonna be real with you. I think it's time to let this garbage company die. I was only visiting this store because it's cleaner than any other I'd stepped into in the lest decade or so; but scamming me out of my hard earned cash? unacceptable. Eat somewhere else. Anywhere else. So long as it's not subway. ...at the bear minimum, if you are unwilling to do that, then at least delete that damn app off your phone and dont order online. stand in line for your food.

Apparently this location doesn't "take cash after 8pm". Really would've been nice to know before having them make my order, they really sucked for that. Also idk whats up with their bread but it was stale and a little burnt. Anyway i guess just a heads up if youre planning on paying on cash and eating there.

One male team member sitting doing nothing well other female starts my order, then proceeded to switch from building my order to building another persons order, to then switch people who started making the order for the female team member to then male team member just so the female team member could stand and do nothing well the male team member finished and completely messed up the sandwich’s giving my 2 foot longs and 2 six inches that are not even on the menu as a purchasable sandwich. Very disappointing service and food.

If you say you’re open until a certain time you shouldn’t be hanging out in the dining room and laugh when someone walks in and asks if you’re still open 25 minutes before your sign says you’re closed. If you are going to close early you should post it, but I guess the work ethic would have to be there to take that kind of initiative. Can’t rate no stars…

This is the third time at this Subway that they messed up my order. I ordered on the app to pick it up and the receipt showed the right stuff on my sandwich but when I got home it was all kinds of wrong. Had things that I didn't ask for on it and some things I asked for were not on it. How does that happen??? I won't be going back here and wasting my money.

I never realized how hard it is to make a sandwich. Getting the sauce on the inside seems to be the most difficult thing. I really enjoy opening my wrapper and see that the sauce was put on the outside of the stale bread. A 15 dollar sandwich that is wrapped in sauce. Disgusting. This location is worthless and should be boarded up.

Went in & ordered 5 footlongs. Just sandwiches. Pretty sure I was over charged & was NOT given my military discount. NEVER have I paid $65 for 5 footlongs before & I have been there several times.Also most of the employees were sitting around, eating ice cream & only 1 got up to help!

I purchased 2 sandwiches. One for me and one for my co-worker. The young man who was making our sub started sniffling and I asked him if he was sick. He told me it was allergies. But we both had stomach bugs. Hers kept her from work and we both had very unfortunate symptoms. He should have been honest and managment should of sent him home. He was clearly not well. The store was packed and who knows howmany people got sick. He changed his gloves but that didnt stop him from breathing on our subs.
