The sandwiches are always good. However when I order online nobody ever seems to read my instructions except for today. The nice lady who made my sandwich today made sure to put the lettuce in a container on the side. She was the only one to ever do it and I think she deserves recognition for paying attention. Ordered ahead on the app, we waited more than 40 minutes from time of order. It would have been faster to just walk in. New customers that just walked in, were being taken care of before us after waiting over 30 minutes from initial order.

So I was there yesterday and the place was a little unsanitary, in that being there were moths in the place, and I even spotted a dead one in the drink dispenser. I am scared of those things and this was not a good experience for me. Although the staff were helpful and quite kind, I just... I just couldn't stay a moment longer because of it.
