I don't know howThe new manager that Subway have running that store. Got that job.Or how in the World he manages to keep it. With how terribhe is at his job. If you can manage to catch the store when it, it's even open then.The service Is terrible, the employees are rude. And the manager. It's just as rude and cares even less.Then then the terrible employees. I could go on and on. With examples of how Terrible that store has become since the last manager was transferred. And the new manager started working. Hes rude to his employees.After hearing the way, he put this young man down and belittled him on how he was making my Sandwich and. Rolling it up in the paper wrong. I honestly didn't want to eat the Sandwich. The other time, the the chick that was working. There didn't even wrap it and just threw it on the tray and all of my.Toppings Came falling out of it.The other day I went during lunch hour. To get a Sandwich for my girlfriand I went to open the door and it was locked.So I'm looking in there and I see the manager right there. I'm knocking on the window with my phone. Looks right, the disgusted look on his fand turns around and walks away in The Middle of lunch hour. They're supposed to be open at ni'm. At the time, it's not even open. Till 10 or 11.

I came down today around 2:20pm and the building is locked. Lights on and an employee was in there but he just signaling to me they are closed so not sure what's going on but definitely still hungry and taking my business elsewhere ?.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Twice I have been to this store in the last 2 weeks and the door has been locked during business hours. Today it was 1:50 pm on a Monday and I saw workers but no customers. went to the door and again it was locked. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon just to find the door is locked and have to drive to a different location just to get a sandwich. If your under staffed I would understand but when I see staff and the door is still locked that is just bad business.

First of all, I always have great service with the poor ONE person who works there. We always feel bad for that person because it's always slammed there so we order in advance using the app. I guess the owner won't hire anyone to help service customers. I ordered the other day using the app and while it took my money, there was no one at the actual restaurant. It was closed with a simple sign saying they had no one to work. No one has answered my several attempts to contact them so I had to dispute the transaction through my bank.

Very rude and unprofessional store manager who is disrespectful to customers! Placed an online order for delivery on their website. After an hour with no food or updates, I tried calling. Multiple calls, no one answered. I sent an email. After another 30 minutes, my friend went to the store. Nicole, the store manager said their phones were down, but they had no record of the order. My friend showed her the charge on the credit card for the order with the store number. Nicole said we could have made that up and refused to do anything about it.Human resources replied to my email and said they were looking into it, but now 4 hours after the order was placed, we obviously went elsewhere to get food.
