Their food is consistently the best. I adore the people working there too. Anytime someone asks where to go to for sushi, I will say Sushi Spot is the spot to go to! Tons of love.
I would actually give it a solid 4.5. Walking in we were immediately greeted and was offered the bar but we wanted a table or half booth/table. Pros: The hostess asked a to go customer if he wouldn't mind sitting at the bar so we could have his table. He readily agreed. That was above what I expected. The sushi was really great. A little slow service but definitely worth the wait. We only had one bad thing happened but it was totally minor. Very knowledgeable on sake and my husband chose the mango sake. The manager did a spot on with describing it. Cons: It's a very small restaurant. All the tables seemed cramped together. So not a lot of room to walk through. The tables against the wall seemed to have a little more space. But the tables in the middle are cramped. My ice tea tasted very watered down. The manager apologized and got me a new one. Still very subtle but still good. Recommended? Absolutely. We will be back, most likely at an earlier time to get a booth/table against the wall. Overall we had a great experience and recommend other go to this strip mall place. You won't regret it.

This sushi spot hits the spot. Sushi here is very fresh and delicious. Traditional and modern style sushi was delicious. My picky kids ate up all their food, We ordered them a kid fried rice and a kid teriyaki bento box. The staff is very helpful, attentive and welcoming. I would recommend this place. Small but cozy.

want to preface this with saying i ordered through uber eats and had an absolutely atrocious experience with uber eats. however, the restaurant itself was very helpful and apologetic and kind every time i rang them and the sushi is so fresh and the spring rolls i ordered are still crispy. they included a note saying that this is unlike them and it was uber's issue (i agree wholeheartedly). anyways great spot at a pretty decent price if you're in colorado springs for those raw fish cravings :)

I wasn't expecting a lot. It's not super fancy inside. However, the service was very attentive even though they were very busy. Miso soup is AMAZING! I came in hungry and left stuffed! Was sad they were closed on Sunday.
A dependable, local restaurant. We've never had a bad meal here. The ingredients are fresh, and the tempura light and crispy. The bento box is always good.

Sushi Spot is amazing! My fiancé and I just came here for the first time and we sat at the sushi bar. Loved watching the sushi chefs creating the sushi and presenting beautiful plates!! We were amazed by the freshness and the flavor of everything we ordered! And the miso soup was some of the best I’ve had! All staff were very friendly! Looking forward to trying more sushi soon!

So impressed with the customer service AND the food! Our waitress and waiter were attentive and so friendly. We asked for some modifications to some of our sushi rolls and they happily obliged. The miso soup, house salad with ginger and our 4 rolls were amazing. We wouldn’t have changed a thing! We will 100% be back.
