I got the grilled cheese with garlic aioli. I definitely declared this the best grilled cheese I've ever eaten. I'm sad I don't live around here. Their staff is very nice and provide a pleasant experience. The coffee is smooth. Atmosphere was chill. I like that the space was pretty bright and spacious. 10/10.

The building itself is tucked away, in a cute neighborhood. Inside it is very bright and inviting. I had the avocado toast and a honey lavender iced latte. Both were incredible. They had high chairs for children which is a huge plus and an outdoor seating area for the warmer days. I will definitely be back.Parking: Only street parking available from what I observed but if you go early enough it’s not an issueKid-friendliness: High chairs available

This coffee shop is one of my favorites. Their breakfast sandwiches are the best, and I love all of their coffees.I've been here so many times, and l've really enjoyed trying different things on the menu. Their salmon bagel and Brie sandwich are my favorites. I'd recommend their pourover and Cortado.

Good choice in music, but the volume is more like a concert than easy background listening.

Our go-to coffee shop! Nice atmosphere, good coffee and delicious baked goods! The massive cookies are my favorite, but I always like to try whatever scones they have too?

Had to meet friend who was there quickly. Was greeted with hospitality,?. Restrooms were clean and no brow beating ?, was able to pray with him discuss some things and go. ?. Thank you switchback. I may not have bought anything but I can at least let everyone know how great a place y'all are.?

Solid cup of coffee, hefty breakfast sandwich. Almost too big, not that it's a bad thing. Service was quick and they brought the food and drink right over. Price was competitive - paid $13 for my breakfast sandwich and americano. it was a little echoey and hard to focus on my meeting as well as the temp was pretty low. I didn't have great service and could connect on my phone. Their wifi might have been faster but I didn't try that. overall, would recommend!

This is the best coffee shop in the springs in my opinion! Very cute location and the vibe inside is relaxed yet social! I have not had their food yet but I have had their iced lattes and matcha! Both are really good. I am someone who is very picky about my coffee and they do it right every time. The baristas are also very friendly and quick! The one thing to keep in mind is there is limited street parking at the Institute location.

I ordered a drip coffee and my girlfriend ordered a latte. It took almost 15 minutes to get the order, and it was cold! The order cost $12 total. There were about 10 employees chumming it up and only one person making coffee. Good neighbor is better.

Great food, great drinks, and a great atmosphere. High quality roasted coffee and a kind, patient staff. You can tell this shop is not only in the community but a part of the local community. While they are primarily a coffee shop, they have a food menu available all day, high quality baked goods, and other non coffee drinks (tea) for any preference.Catch them on certain Saturdays and you'll find local artisan bakers selling waffles or donuts in the shop as well.Got a dog? Switchback welcomes furry friends of the canine assortment (never seen a cat here but no one would blink an eye if you brought one...hamster might be a little weird though).
