In the last two weeks the food has tasted awful. I went to this location 3 times and the beans were cold and the taco shells broken with hardly anything in them. The staff must have changed over as one lady was manager and not nice at all. Prior to a couple of weeks ago staff was friendly and food was good.

I’ve been to this location 5 or 6 times but I’m done hoping they’ll be better next time. I have literally never been here without a problem. If they even have what you’re trying to order (which is not likely) they will mess up the order. Twice I’ve been here in the drive through then been told I have to come in for my order. Both times I went inside and after waiting a bit was told they didn’t have some item I had ordered. I don’t understand why they’ll take the order if they can’t fulfill it. And I don’t know why I have to go inside to find out I’m not getting what I ordered. The store is also always a wreck and not clean. I’m actually kind of glad I had to go in this time because after seeing the disgusting state of the kitchen I’m definitely never going back to this location.

It's literally the worst Taco Bell in existence. I'd be surprised if there's one that can top how bad the food and service is. If you want your food fast, correct, or in stock, you probably shouldn't go here. We live close by, so we frequently go here in a pinch, and our order is always wrong in some way. I've also never waited for "fast food" for so long in my life. We've given them many chances, and it's just consistently frustrating.

This is objectively the worst TB I've ever went to. I've had to peel out parchment paper out of tacos had stuff completely unwrapped and thrown in the bottom of the bag. 90% of this locations food is inedible and its just so understaffed that you're waiting 40 minutes to be completely disgusted. Just go literally to any other taco bell.

This Taco Bell is ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING. The poor drive thru worker could literally only make a bean burrito. That's not an exaggeration, and not the first time. I don't normally do 1 star reviews, but this is ridiculous. As a business man myself, I question how they're so behind on their product shipments. Employees are great and I feel bad for them. This is a management problem. 100%

I got a power bowl, and they did not give me any meat. I have gone multiple times and they somehow mess up my order every single time. The bar for Taco Bell is not set very high, but they manage to go WAY below it every single time.

Short and sweet, floors and tables always dirty, bathrooms and kitchen dirty, but probably the friendliest of staff I've seen from taco bell, and they get my order right 95% of the time (compared to an average at best 20% at other locations. Family of 7 with 3 picky eaters)

As we pulled up to the Mike instead of somebody telling us good morning. What can I get started for you. We got a yo. What can I get for you? They did not read our order back to us to make sure it was correct. They gave us 2 wrong burritos entirely. We tried ordering a toasted sausage potato burrito. But our burrito came with egg sausage and a whole bunch of Nacho cheese.

SLOW. I went in with 1 car in the drive through and immediately placed an order in the touch screen. An employee asked me if I’d been helped, I said that I’d ordered on the screen, and was given my drink cup. As there were 4 employees hanging out in the back not working, and one guy making orders for drive through. They continued to hang out until more cars showed up at the drive through and made those orders. About 15 minutes later they started on my order, and finished it about 5 minutes later. I was acknowledged by one employee about 3 times while I waited and the others took drive through orders or chatted and hung out in the back. The food was good but i was expecting to be in and out in less than 5 minutes based on the single car in the drive through. Not to have my order ignored and spend over 20 minutes waiting.
