first time at this location and I had asked if they had any Verde sauce and I was told that they did but it was a $0.20 up charge per pack. I appreciated being told this and I ordered three but after I drove away despite asking if they had put in my extra napkins and verse sauce, I'd only received two sauces but was charged for three!

Unfortunately, my experience at this specific location echoes the many fed up customers either due to excessive wait times, lack of basic inventory, and bordering non-existent customer service.Although I am leaving a review specifically for this date and trip, (04/18/21 In-Store Pickup) I cannot remember a visit over the last year that had not had 30+ minute wait in the drive-thru, missing or poorly made items, and brushed off my concerns.To borrow from an overused This specific trip, however, broke the camel's back. Went to order a CantinaBox, was mistakenly given a #10. When I went back to fix the mistake and have my food replaced they took the #10 I handed back to them and stuffed it into a Cantina Box when I specifically asked for fresh replacements. Talk about lazy and treating your customers like a joke. This location is staffed by smug children who drop their dishes all over the place making a clatter and drive thru cashiers that will argue with you when they make a mistake. Do not go here, it's probably franchise owned and it's run fly-by-night.
