Unpleasant experience on 2/7/2024. Overnight crew got our order wrong and upon returning to this location to get it fixed, we were immediately met with a horrible attitude and several condescending remarks from the manager and his team as soon as we walked in. Frustration regarding server issues and glitches that result in orders being prepared incorrectly should not be taken out on your customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this joke of a fast food restaurant if you don’t want to get food poisoned and would prefer to be treated with respect.

Will always go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell. They're always fast, super nice, hot food, and I've never had any issues here. Receipt says my cashier was Raquel but specifically the guy with the southern accent and glasses is sooo nice every

I've been to this taco bell quite a few times, almost always on my lunch break. Every single time, the staff has been super polite and nice and I always get my food reasonably quickly regardless of the line. Probably the best service of any of the fast food restaurants around. Seriously, good job. You guys are the only ones around I don't feel like I'm pestering someone to get food.

It’s a Taco Bell, so you know what to expect, but out of all the ones in the springs, they serve me right more often than not ! Best Taco Bell in the springs !

One of the finest eateries in all of the Springs. This is particularly remarkable as this town is full of outstanding restaurants. This particular location has mastered the rare art of "cold and disintegrating assembly." Stale, brittle taco shells filled with two day old cat vomitus. Fortunately, they will just fall apart in a green-brownish puddle before you have the chance to actually ingest them.

I went today about noon and it wasn't busy. I ordered and my grand daughter and I sat down. There were two groups of people ahead of me. It had to be at least 15 minutes or more when I walked up to the counter...and waited. The guy and girl getting the food were putting a burrito together, one burrito, both of them working on one burrito. The only people getting food was the drive through. I got my food and the others waiting realized the only way to get their food was to go to the counter. BTW there were only three people working. Fast food has become anything but fast.

I visited on December 12th, approximately 1:35 pm.The girl attending the drive thru was super rude and almost seemed like she was on something? She looked as though she was high. Which is fine, this is a Taco Bell in Colorado so I’m sure a lot of employees smoke on the clock. But it really felt like she was trying to get the message across that we as the guests are a burden. The food was fine- asked for sour cream and got none even though I paid for it.It was at least hot though, which is rare.

0 stars waited in the parking lot for my food for 27 minutes then get my food it's barley warm, and very small amount of fries in the fry boxes I orders and my grilled cheese fries had maybe 3 fries! Also was missing my Mexican pizza I ordered. I spent over 60 dollars and waited close to 30 min for a partial order all shoved into one bag and things missing. Also didn't get a recipt like I asked for when I paid at the drive thru window. Poor food and service.

I don’t know why I continue to give this place a chance.Placed an order at location 8:22pm with my wife for just a few items. We waited until 8:50 before I decided to go inquire about our order. During this time, the staff were giggling, screaming, and playing in the back of the kitchen. There were only 2 other customers that came through the drive through the duration of our stay. I went to ask the employees about our order, and I was met with bloodshot eyes and laughing. They appeared to be intoxicated. The floors of the kitchen were covered in cheese, meat, lettuce, and liquid. At this point I decided I had enough and asked for a refund. I was told I could not have a refund… We waited until 9:05 until we finally received our food and went to our car. It was there my wife informed me we did not receive her drink. I went back inside to ask if I could get the Pepsi and the employee that provided the drink did so with the utmost attitude. They threw their head back and sighed, poured the drink, and then proceeded to slam it into the counter (soda flew out of the top) and turned his back to me and walked off.The owner really needs to reflect on his management team at this location, as there appeared to be none. Employees unsupervised and possibly intoxicated, no quality control, attitude towards customers, all a recipe for failure.
