No longer worth the cost. Taco Express used to be extremely affordable but ever since COVID they used the egg shortage as an excuse to increase their costs for breakfast burritos by 30%. They never lowered them. $11 for a breakfast burrito?!?! Their food isn't that good.

Do not order the Carnitas Burrito. The meat was like shoe leather the worst Burrito I have ever had. Not just that they were out of beans at 8 pm. I will not be going back.
Used to like the food here, but it really went downhill. Beans had a big chewy chunk of something in them. The enchiladas were cold and so salty you couldn't eat them.

GORDO BURRITO! GET THE GORDO BURRITO. Everything is good here, but that gordo burrito is the best (shrimp, carne asada, grilled chicken, potatoes, cheese, and red sauce). The hot Cheeto quesadilla is substantial as well.

Very tasty, try the roll taco and they were delish.. Fish Taco was a little over cooked for my taste .4 years later, I am changing my review. Went to Taco express last night and ordered Chicken quesadilla and a smothered burrito . The Chicken Quesadilla was so spicy:hot there was no way a child could eat this not a adult that can not handle this level of spicy mess.. The burrito was the same and my man can handle a lot of hot spicy food. Both of us have severe pain this morning and we didn’t even finish our food last night.Taco express, your Chicken is way too hot and we hope you change your recipe back to its original flavor .. mild!!
