Ordered togo, when i got home i took 3 bites of the ribeye, and ended up throwing up, once i was able to quit vomiting long enough to call the location, and i spoke with cory ( a service manager ) who insisted that a refund would not be an option, as i payed with cash, as cory proceeded to give me random excuses on why he would not refund me, from them not having the cash on site to do so ( my order was only $30 ) to all refunds have to go through the corprate office. The only think he would offer is a credit towards another order ( why would i want more of the vomit inducing food ). Anyways best of luck, hope no one else gets sick

The line is too long, the receptionist today named Cheyenne is not paying attention of her job getting people in. I was upset when she let the people dine in first while we get in here ahead of them. When I approached her, she said I still have five minutes to wait. Whattt? The good thing is, my whole family likes the food.

This establishment is a joke. The girls up front, especially the young trainer (i think her name was Stacy), were rude and disrespectful when they told us 15-25 minutes. We waited for our text and went in the restaurant to continue to wait another 25+ mins (still waiting). Asked when it was our turn and then were rudely laughing and stated when we were next when we very clearly weren’t. If you’re going to lie about the wait time, at least be respectful while doing it. Learn from it y’all :)

We were here on Sunday April 14th after receiving terrible customer service at Longhorn Steakhouse. Texas Roadhouse got our party of 7 seated within 15-20 minutes! Customer service at the front was good, but our server was outstanding!! I wish I would remember the gentleman’s name. He made sure our drinks were full, food was hot, and he even entertained the kids in our party. We had a fantastic experience here and would return in a heartbeat!! Thank you!!!

Jubilee was amazing! My fried sirloin was cold, but she got that changed out to hot and fresh! So good and her service was fast and accurate!
Well it took us almost half an hour to be seated after they told us it was a 20 minute wait. After not calling or texting and seeing several parties of 4 who came in after us we were told we were texted & called....yet we were by the deak the entire time.Then we had a wallet left there and called them and they said they would go look and then we were on hold for over 45 minutes. Drove all the way back to the restaurant only to have the nice togo people apologize because the hostvdesk disnt answer the calls as theyvare supposed to.Most Texas Road House restaurants are very well managed and have very good staff however the hostess were not doing there job. Would recommend every other Texas Road House just not this one.

My family and I have been hear many times before, but tonight’s service was worth writing about. Ian was an incredible server, he was kind, funny, and got everything right! I’ve never experienced such an awesome waiter and I just wanted to be sure to express a million times my thanks!!! He made my mom’s birthday memorable. ?
