We have been here a few times now and for the most part, we have had a good experience. Unfortunately after last night, it will be our last time. Things started out okay, we got our drinks and appetizer within about 20 minutes. Our server forgot about us for a solid 45 minutes. She walked by our table probably 15 times and never checked on us. We sat for an hour without having our food order taken. The nachos were good, but the salad had wilted lettuce. Like the stuff that gets soggy and wet in your fridge container was not picked out before putting in a bowl and serving it to a customer. Our server tried to apologize for forgetting about us after she picked up on us not being as bubbly as when she first began serving us. Not that we expected a discount or something being comped on our bill, but the offer to try and make things right would've been nice. A short apology with no action to try and make it right didn't sit right with us. Granted, we have been in before and had good service on previous visits, but if this was our first time there, we wouldn't have come back. It's unfortunate and we're bummed, but we watched our server provide great service to all the other tables surrounding us. We unfortunately won't be back.

The best way I can describe this place is very average; nothing stood out as memorable. I don't know if they still do it, but I went around the summertime and they were doing Taco Tuesday and you could get a plate of tacos with chips and salsa for $5. That is an amazing deal considering how much food they give you (better price than fast food). I would definitely check and see if that is still a deal they do.If you do decide to go there, my favorite foods were the steak quesadilla (not on the menu but they will make it if you ask) and the chips + salsa. The quesadillas are served with BBQ sauce, which I think is a really good move on their part. I order quesadillas all the time and cannot remember another restaurant ever doing this, but it works and their BBQ sauce isn't too bad.The salsa was the best dipping sauce I got with the Trio, although it was mostly sweet and not at all spicy. The queso was average; nothing stood out about it. The guacamole, however, I know was made in house because it was super chunky and terrible. I feel like the person making it missed an ingredient or two because it tasted ridiculously bland..the cooks need to taste the batch before they serve it to customers. The chips were actually really good, they are thick cut and were salted well every time I had them.Unless you are getting the Taco Tuesday deal, I would go to a Mexican restaurant for tacos unless Tex-Mex is really your thing. I wasn't impressed by the quality of their tacos. The chicken tenders sucked. I believe they were hand-breaded, but I have had better tenders at fast food restaurants. The crinkle fries that came with them were nothing special either. I wouldn't recommend the pizza, either. It tasted better as leftovers than served fresh, but the crust has no taste. The brisket grilled cheese sandwich was a disappointment as well. I thought I was going to really enjoy this one, but it was super rich. Cloying is the word I would use to describe it. Honestly, I feel like they were trying to do too much with it. There are so many different flavors hitting your mouth. The initial bite or two is pretty decent, then it just became too much. Also the brisket gets lost in the sandwich because there are so many other flavors contending with it.

we were looking for a place to grab a beer, and just saw that they had a lot of variety on their pictures. the wait staff was amazing! they greeted us right away but weren’t overwhelming. knew the taps very well and suggested things based on our likes. we even managed to make it on a monday night for free bingo (super fun)! ALSO the new BBQ chicken mac and cheese bites are amazing!

We haven't ventured to the Brass Tap in well over 4 years and decided to roll the dice to try it again. On with the review! Let's start by the lunch menu deal which was hard to resist for $10 and included a pint of beer. So the price definitely was attractive. The service was excellent given the bartender was waiting on all of the tables! He was awesome and extremely friendly. Asked us if we knew about the $10 lunch specials. We told him we did and he gave us a minute or two to read over the menu and decide. We went with the Poblano Chicken Tacos and the Cheeseburger and Fries. Our bartender brought us icy cold crisp Avalanches and ice waters very quick. The beer was perfect! The atmosphere is nice and the bar is a typical bar with TVs everywhere for watching games. The food arrived fairly quick and I have attached the pictures. The cheeseburger was ordered well done and still came out pink and lacked seasoning. The fries were typical crinkle cuts and were well seasoned. My poblano tacos were nice pieces of white meat chicken but again just needed some additional flavor that would have given it some pop. The chicken meat again needed more seasoning. The chips and salsa was also a nice add. The chips did taste homemade and again like the fries had seasoning. The restrooms were exceptionally clean but there was no soap in either dispenser. Again, it was a mixed bag with several positives.

We have been in the area 2 years now and this one of our top sports bars for sure! Friendly service and hot food every time. Plenty of different beers and TVs to watch! Highly recommend!

Our experience here on a Friday evening was not good. Our service was slow, our appetizer did not come before our dinner and was only brought after we said something. It took at least 45-50 minutes to receive our food after we ordered. The tap chicken salad was dry and the chicken didn’t taste right and the burger we ordered was supposed to be in a lettuce wrap but came on a bun. The only highlight is that the beer was good. I’d go elsewhere for dinner and drinks.

We love their Happy Hour and have been regulars the past few years. Great selection of beers and well drinks. Taco Tuesday is our favorite!

Almost $17 for a burger with a frozen patty that probably isn't the size of a Whopper patty is a bit outrageous. ? We also ordered onion rings which half the batter was missing on every single ring. 2 of the 4 different beers that we ordered blew out. Last time I came here a few years ago I had a coupon, even if I had a coupon now I would not go back!
