Amazing experience for my husband's birthday! The staff was super attentive and big shout out to our server for being such a lovely lady and master at her job.As for the food, I can honestly say it's some of the best food I have experienced in Colorado to date. It's a more upscale place, but the price is accurate when you consider the quality, time and effort being put into your dish. Special consideration goes out to the Morrocan Lamb Stew; it was heavenly! Overall 100/100 we will definitely be back. An amazing place for a special celebratory evening.

Staff were wonderful and attentive without being overbearing. Main course was excellent. Caesar salad was looking brown at the edges, it was fine, we ate it, but visually it wasn't really appealing.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary and it was wonderful. Staff was helpful and professional. We went with the understanding this was an upscale event and we dressed accordingly. Others there not so much. OK it's Colorado afterall. We needed directions as the restaurant had no signage. But it was beautiful and spacious and elegant. We were thinking of guests that might enjoy this place.

My husband and myself were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary. We booked reservations for 7:00, we arrived a little early so decided to sit at the bar. At 7:10 we asked the bartender to check on our reservation he came back and said they couldn't find it. The manager came by and said they should have a table in 5 minutes, we were seated at 7:25 at a booth for 4. we requested a table by the window for two. For our first time at Flying Horse, we were not impressed. The manager never came by to talk with us about the mix up. Service was just ok, food was fine.

Food 5 stars, service 5 stars, atmosphere 5 stars. We went in for a post Valentine’s Day date, we were treated as if we were a part of their membership, they are not snobby or off putting and the portions you get for the slightly large price are pretty worth it I would say! Cool date night place.

Everything was excellent except the lobster was undercooked and I became "ill" a few hours later and had a very rough night. Bummer because the meals are usually very good but they missed the mark on that one dinner item.
This is one of our favorite statehouses in Colorado Springs. Views of Pikes Peak are breathtaking and the food and service is always top notch. We typically catch brunch but enjoy the dinner menu. Their bone in ribeye was prepared to perfection and their signature cocktails were nothing short of amazing. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Had to send a filet minion back 5 times before it was made right first came out raw, sent it back in hopes of getting a new steak freshly made. Nope got the same cut up steak microwaved and got the same thing the 4 other times finished my steak before my partners was even close to being correct food was cold and unappetizing. Manager only came over after the 4th time sending back should've come over the first time and made sure I got a new steak learn to cook before you work for a nice dining establishment.

I’ve heard great things and was recommended to come here on my birthday.The service was great, everyone was friendly and welcoming.The food for its price is unfortunately nothing special. Portions are good sized, but the dishes lacked seasoning, proper cooking and my taste buds were left underwhelmed.I know there is probably a lot of work that goes into the mis en place of these dishes which constitutes these high prices, but there are plenty of options of tastier fine dining at even a lower cost.All in all I’m glad I had the experience, but nothing I’d be pining to go for again.

Our meal was exquisitely prepared and presented. The Oscar Medallions and the Salmon Oscar were delicious and the Lavender Crème Brûlée was light and creamy. Fantastic meal with my sweetheart!
