I am gluten free, I had the smoked salmon in gluten free toast, oh my yummm!!!! My friends loved their toasts at well. The juice was delicious and refreshing. Can’t wait to go back!

I just discovered this hidden gem this week and I will definitely be back. I had a toast and 2 juices (one to go). The quality of the produce was top shelf. I love that it’s all fresh made in store. The staff was super helpful and pleasant. It was clean and spacious allowing for conversations and a good work environment.Dietary restrictions: The staff was very knowledgeable about dietary restrictions and flexible where they could be to accommodate my request.

I’m honestly in awh of this place. I have never left a review anywhere but they completely deserve it. From the first step in, I was instantly greeted and all three employees went above and beyond. Even though it is a place where you order at the counter, all of the employees consistently checked on me and made sure I didn’t need anything. The food was AMAZING. Not sure you can go wrong ordering anything here, but the smoked salmon toast was amazing. Also one of the best iced vanilla lattes I’ve ever had. I feel like I’ve hit the jackpot finding this place and will recommend it to anyone who loves fresh, good feeling, food and a great friendly environment.
This is mediocre at best. Very inviting environment but the staff were less than friendly. They all seem irritated and annoyed. The food was very good, but not good enough to cancel out the bad service. Get new staff.

This was a new "try it" place for me about a week or so ago. I was impressed with the selection and the quality of nutritious food available. I have had a "toast" and a "bowl" as of today and they are great at modifications for dietary needs. Very tasty stuff and one of my new favorite spots to meet friends. Go check it out!Dietary restrictions: All my requests were met with kindness and ease - highly recommend. I can't speak to safety for allergies, only my dietary choices.

Avocado toast was delicious! This is healthy eating at its best!
Went in craving something clean and delicious, and left full and happy.This location is spacious, very updated and has incredible views. Service was 10/10 as all employees were very attentive and helpful. The menu is extensive and mighty. It was tough to narrow it down. Main options include toast, açaí bowls, smoothies, juices, and coffee drinks. We tried the fig and prosciutto toast, PB toast, Italian cheese toast, several juices, a smoothie, a yogurt, and the noodles. Everything was so delicious and full of flavor. Even my kids loved it. Parking made it so easy to get in and out of. Next time I will be trying the soup of the day, one of the many latte options, and some of their homemade granola. Looking forward to going back again soon!

The food here is so over the top amazing I am absolutely floored. The quality and freshness of the ingredients and the assembly were absolutely flawless. Even the crispness of the toast was still perfect by the time we got it home. We are sitting here with our jaws and our laps that we found decent fresh food in the Colorado Springs area. Thank you all so much!
