First time at this restaurant and really liked the rice bowls and all of the toppings you can get for a very inexpensive price. Healthy meal for lunch. Will be back!

I ordered the custom noodle bowl for delivery, and all ingredients were fresh and delicious. You get a large portion, the whole bowl was packed with meat and other items I chose. The sauces were all very flavorful and there was no quality lost while in transit to my house. Certainly will be back and I do recommend.

We waited over a half hour for our food. The rolls were sloppily put together. Some of it tasted like it was at the point of rotting. We usually have a good experience with Tokyo Joe's. But we won't be returning to the one on Academy.

Horribly long wait times. Left standing at the counter for nearly 10 minutes and that’s not an exaggeration. The girl at the counter, bless her heart, had to be doing 3 different peoples jobs. Management needs to hire more people.

Came here today for a late lunch and wasn't dissatisfied at all. The employees were friendly and the bowl I got was tasty. This is a pretty simple spot if you're in to healthy Asian food. They also offer sushi but I forgot to take a picture lol.

Tokyo Joes is always so delicious! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The portion sizes are great! You get a good amount of everything in your order! Highly recommend this restaurant as well as the location!
Food was amazing, as always, although, the service wasn't the best this time. We waited for about an hour to get food to go; the people working there that day were moving so slowly that I was tempted to jump back there and help them. I'm not in this area very often, but this restaurant is always a favorite, so I was disappointed with this unusual Tokyo Joe's experience, and I hope that things improve.

I came in on a busy Friday lunch and overheard one of the staff saying they were short staffed today however they did great! Friendly, efficient and handling the rush like champs. You wouldn’t have guessed they were short staffed! Awesome job!

The shrimp was not cooked and when I asked for a refund the staff was very unpleasant about it. It was freezing inside the restaurant.Overall the experience was terrible as the staff were more worried about the there cell phones than cooking the food or waiting on staff.

Pointless to order curb side. Called the number when I arrived like the email confirmation and signs outside said. Was on hold for 8 minutes. Thought they must be busy. Went inside to see one small group of 2 in front of me. Crew members were preparing food and talking to each other. I recommend if ordering food to go to just do pick up otherwise you’ll be placed hold and forgotten.
