4 or more groups ahead of us got served before us. Waited over an hour and come to find out they haven’t even started making our rolls after an hour. We only ordered 3 rolls. Nice that they tried to offer us an appetizer, but to get forgotten about and watching 4 parties to get served after you is terrible. I think it’s more than 4 parties got served and we have been waiting forever and no one even checked on us. That was ridiculous, never have I ever experienced this in Tomo and we go there all the time. Food is good but we didn’t get to eat tonight. We just left after an hour. It was just a broc roll, Cali crunch, and Andy. Watching other people get served right away when you been sitting for a whole hour is just not customer service.

Super good. We usually go to Fuji Bistro but decided to try tomo since it’s closer. It did not disappoint. It was delicious. The crab ragoons were perfect and my sushi bento box was so big I had leftovers even after sharing with my toddler. My husband got the Alaska roll and it was delicious too. The service was great. Price was typical for good sushi and we will be back.

I’ve had a lot of sushi in my day and this was sub-par. First, I don’t like the rolls are HUGE. Instead of being a typical, skinnier roll cut into 8 pieces, it was thick and cut into 5. I had to cut each roll in half and eat with a fork. Takes away from the flavor (in my opinion). Second, simply just not tasty. We couldn’t finish. Lacking flavor. We were really disappointed, especially with the money spent.I will say though, my in-laws said “this is amazing,” so I guess if you’re used to that type of sushi, you might like it ??♀️

I realy love this place there deep fried sushi is the best in town ?
If i want sushi i want Tomo, there are definitely other options in the springs, but Tomo stays constant even with different chefs. You are always well fed and taken care of when you dine in. The only thing I have issues with is the tempura ice cream was never the same after the first one, but I'm not a big dessert person so it doesn't change my 5 star review.
My husband and I went here with some friends and it was fantastic! Kenny was our server and she made the whole experience amazing! She was on top of our every need and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Highly recommend this restaurant and Kenny as your server!
