Was denied entry for being “visibly intoxicated” when we’ve had 0 drinks this entire evening. Although the bouncer proceeded to let other stumbling intoxicated people in. I’ve been to this bar a numerous amount of times, to partake in trivia and karaoke night, but was really disappointed today. Probably will never

This company does not respect anyone that isn't a straight white person. I don't drink but I went with some friends and was kicked out for 'being too drunk' after i was asked if I was gay. I am literally sober and haven't drank in years. It's very obvious their issues are with gay/poc. Will be reposting them to the bbb also due to this treatment. Google needs to update their description to take out the lgbtq/trans safe place because they 100% are not. Do not come here!!

As someone with a gay brother, finding LGBTQ+ friendly spaces is crucial. When we saw Tony’s labeled as such, we were hopeful. However, our experience was anything but welcoming. Despite advertising as a safe space, my brother and his boyfriend were denied entry for a simple display of affection. The excuse of him being intoxicated was baseless and insulting. It’s clear the real issue was the bouncer’s discomfort with their relationship. This treatment is sadly familiar, but it’s unacceptable for a place claiming inclusivity. Tony’s, if you’re going to label yourself as LGBTQ+ friendly, you need to back it up with actions, not just words. My brother deserves better, and so does the community. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, especially one that claim to be a sanctuary. We won’t be returning, and I urge others to reconsider supporting a place that fails to live up to its promises.

Best bar in Colorado Springs. Really captures the feeling of this city and translates it into an Every-mans watering hole. Best food for the best price! Everyone loves Tonys!

Shortly after arriving at Tony’s, a person there indicated that he was planning to roofy my friend. Shortly after that, the bouncer told us we had to leave because we were “too drunk” just as we were being served our second beers of the night (hadn’t drank anywhere else). We asked what specifically we had done, and he was unable to point anything out. Don’t go here if you want to have a good time.
