Very rude staff, I am an Uber driver and was confused and didn’t see the pickup table, and instead of explaining, said “did you read the sign” which literally says do not bother the kitchen staff or expo staff with question. I understand they are busy but it should be advertised that you can’t ask them a question if you are confused.

5 stars all across. My wife and I would go here about 2-3 times a month for the espressos alone. They are crazy good, especially the cortado hidalgo and the cortado Cubano. I’ve tried to replicate that at home, but have never come close. They are so good, they are almost desserts!

Got to sit at the bar, and what an experience!! The young gentleman behind the bar, excellent drinks and service, the young gal also working behind the bar was a gem!The only downside of our experience was a waiter who couldn’t read the room and kept approaching the staff complaining about his tables and being obnoxiously loud to my husband who was “the shortest leprechaun in the room”. I know it was St Patrick’s day weekend so we were out to have some fun, but his demeanor was overwhelming inappropriate. He even made us uncomfortable by pouring a total of maybe 6 shots in front of us and had his table who were ready to walk out the door, stand and reach around us to grab those shots, and cheers the gentleman who made them while he enjoyed one as well. LOVE the vibe of the place but he added an interesting mix to the experience.

Get the Rueben, seriously, you won’t be disappointed! Piled high, fresh, hot, and quite delicious. I would rate as the best in Colorado Springs. I try something new every time I come and everything is always fantastic.

This place has such a chill vibe. The music was great and the servers were attentive. The food was amazing. I went twice in one weekend because the food was that good. The major meltdown has a fig jam on it and it was the most delicious sammich. The sweet potato fries, Colorado poutine, southern comfort, and sierra madre azul were also very very tasty. The owner is very kind as well. If I didn't live out of state, I'd be a regular here. I definitely recommend this bistro.

I am so disappointed with this place :(. We started going here years ago when it first opened but this is a totally different establishment now, and not a good one! In a nutshell, the service was terrible, our waiter was beyond RUDE and surly and it was absolutely freezing (like they hadn't paid the heating bill). The food was mediocre at best and the server was super indifferent to the fact that my water glass was completely cracked through. Honestly it was just one of the WORST dining experiences we have had in a very long time! I have always had high hopes for this place because we have had some good memories here but I don't feel like this is the same place as it was over 12 years ago. MY husband and I have been in the service industry for over 30 years and we literally walked out of there shocked! $21 for a breakfast entree and freezing the whole time from the minute we walked in to the time we left? No thank you! If I wanted this to be my experience I would have sat outside and honestly the waiter was so rude I wasn't looking to pick a fight as he had already been nasty. We work with customers on a daily basis and recognize sarcasm and we are ok with that in the right circumstance. . We will never go back to this restaurant ever again. I'm happy to take my business elsewhere where at least I am valued as a customer. Please do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else! This is only my second 1star review ever. My friend had the same situation, same rudeness and mediocre food with high prices .

I have enjoyed brunch and lunch here and really liked the food. The menu is small but there are enough choices to please anyone. A great plus of Urban Steam is their coffee bar where they can make you an amazing latte with fancy latte art or a variety of other coffee drinks. They also have a full bar and a great cocktail list. For breakfast or brunch get the southern comfort which is their take on chicken and waffles. For lunch get the hot chick chicken sandwich and be sure to get their fries as a side. Their fries are crispy and seasoned really well!

This restaurant has really had some changes and not for the good. Food took 20 minutes with only two tables in the restaurant. My Rueben sandwich was terrible. Maybe a new owner? This restaurant use to be my favorite place for breakfast. I will not be back anytime soon.
