I went here recently to try the new fish sandwich. Service was a bit slow, but it tasted good once I finally received it. I would go back.

Not sure the name of the cashier, but my man is holding it down! They’re busy with a system that is down, but he keeps a smile on his face and acknowledges the wait times! The food was fresh and hot, no complaints from this staff today! Keep up the good work guys

Horrible. They have messed at least 2 large orders. One was $44 hamburgers were COLD! Was given a small frosty for the inconvenience. Today $37 was not given fries or the requested salad dressing. Might not seem like big orders but in these days it is for a family of 6. No I was not nice. I've had it with this store. Inconvenience on my part, time, and gas. We have a suburban. Will not be back to this store. Probably been banned anyways. Sorry not sorry.

I sat in line for about 20 minuets & was never even greeted. I watched 4 cars leave and go across the street then I left and the two cars behind me followed. As we left the parking lot the employee was sitting on the back of his car smoking. In less than five minutes at whatabutger I was greeted by a pleasant employee, paid and got my food. When they first opened across the street I thought that was dirty pool and tried to support you. When you go out of business that’s on you not the neighborhood!

Today was like ordering from McDonalds. There concern was the drive through forget the lobby. I left with receiving my meal, took too long and I value my job more than their drive through/ lobby.

Took about 15 minutes to get my order. The fries were hot and very good. The baked potato was good. My double had fresh vegetables but the patties were barely warm, hard, and dry. I had hoped since it took so long it would have been fresh. Probably will avoid this place until they can make changes and live up to their motto.
