The food, service & atmosphere was a 0. For the money we spent, burger was well done, chicken wrap was mostly a wrap (hardly any meat), no military or senior discount plus no sweet tea and most of the sodas were empty. DO NOT GO TO WENDY'S. Arby's gives you a better deal.

The staff that works midday during the work week is super friendly and thoughtful. Food is always fresh and well made which you can't always count on consistency at fast food joints. With the great deals you can get on the mobile app this is my go to lunch spot

Girl who took our order was literally one of the rudest people to ever work a drive thru. Seriously, if you hate your job that much, go work somewhere else. Also, Wendy's Corporate clearly advertises that the Cinnabon pull apart is available all day as it says on their signage, and this girl rudely said "it's only served during breakfast". Ya, um, maybe put that in your drive thru instead of being one of the most inconsiderate fast food employees we've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Literally terrible.

The woman who is a drive thru cashier during the week after 8pm caught a bad attitude with me and my buddy when all we were was asking was about the mobile app in order to get a deal. She was unknowledgeable about it, she rushed me to pay, and also gave unclear directions on it and she gave unclear directions where to pull up to receive our food. This happened to not only me but to the driver in front of me who asked me where she said to pull up at. We both were a bit confused. I still paid for the food but learned later I could've saved $8 but her rushing me and rude customer service will make me think twice about going back hereduring when she's there. I still feel like she was taking her bad day out on me yesterday.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was terrible and inedible. You can tell the chicken was sitting for a while because it was cold and rubbery. People work long hours and late. People just want a hot meal especially when we have to pay for it. I’m sure the workers and management make sure they get there’s hot. Had to go somewhere else to spend more money for edible food.

The workers were nice enough. But I shouldn't have been asked to pull around the building to wait for just a biggie bag meal. Also, they gave me the wrong order. After I drove away I found a bacon burger when I ordered a crispy chicken, and sweet and sour sauce when I asked for BBQ.

The employees here are genuinely braindead. I just went through the drive-through and after paying for my food, another employee asks me to pay again and I told them i already paid, and they told me that my payment didnt go through. Jason, the first employee to take my payment literally turns to the other girl that just asked me to pay again and says “yes it did go through, i can see it went through” and then the girl goes “no it didnt” and then so i paid again, and drove off…. Well, come to find out, they did in fact charge my bank account twice… Then, I look in the bag and sure enough, BIG SHOCKER, they gave me the wrong food as well. What was in the bag was not even close to what I ordered… So I drive back, make them refund me for the order, and then they give me the “correct food” … and BIG SURPRISE!!! They made my food incorrectly this second go around as well. How is it possible to mess this many things up? What a joke.
