If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered and then only gave half of my order. When I called they said they weren’t going to remake my food nor give me my money back. Went into store and still no one would give my money back. Said they have a refund when there was no proof of refund. Beware of horrible service. They employ thieves

I do not know about the food I came in too late to order they already mopped the floor amd I do not order on line before I go to a resturant so no service get there early I thought they were still open untill 11 had to go next door and get pizza insted good pizza she was open late night

I am here for DoorDash and they actively prepare food for people after me when I myself have a job to do and reassure me that my orders will be out shortly. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes and have missed my drop off times.

This trashy Wingstop location raised the price of the 15 count chicken strips by $4.60 all said and done just since I ate there about 8 days ago. You just priced yourself out of a customer and I hope others follow suit and your new but old looking location fails.

I ordered a delivery from this location. I called to have them fix the mistake that they made. The manager, Shania, was awful. She was the rudest person I think I have ever spoken to on the phone. She refused to help. I had to call Doordash and they had to ask her to do her job. She was just so nasty on the phone. You should find a new job because that isn't it, hunny!!
"supposedly said that a doordash order was not recieved and instead of contacting they just let the time continue to run" waited 2 hours and then finally called doordash to cancel order would not recommend this location

I never order from this location but being football playoffs and closer to my house I said let's do it. I regret it! First, I paid delivery fee & tip for the driver. Delivery was great. Checked my order, I was missing my Cajun corn, wings were under cooked, chewy, rubbery and bloody. I called about the corn first, the manager said she packed it herself and knows the corn was there, but it wasn't. She wanted me to pick it up, but i said no. So she gave me a credit! Then we called about the food after we started eating. The manager said she cooked them herself and they were at temperature. Wings are a good size but not good. Sauced looked very runny and they were all flavorless and this is before we noticed the blood! The only good thing we got were the fries and celery sticks. After spending $141, I feel disappointed.
