Normally we are never disappointed. The last order we got the pizza was not as good. Maybe it was because it was later in the night and close to their closing or maybe a newer person was making the pizza but she didn’t put sauce towards the edge of the crust. There were large areas without sauce and the hand tossed as so thin the pizza was dry. I’m still giving 5 stars because like I said, our previous experiences have been really good.

I ordered a Large Good Deal pan pizza and had no veggies on except mushrooms with sprinkles of little bits of green substance. I called to complain and was offered no options other than waiting for Black Jack to make another pie and was instructed not to touch the pizza. No apologies or coupons were offered. I will not ever go to black jack again!!!! Not for work or home

order 1 med and 1 LG salad for delivery around $34.LG salad had no chicken. called next morning said they would redeliver.. 3 and half hours later. but gave it to my neighbor. lied said knocked on my door.. if that was the case . why did he leave it at there door.. and it was a small. called again. manager said that's all I get.. like I did something wrong.. sorry for wanting what I payed for.. anymore complaints I have to pick up.. this is literally 2 mins away.. what a great way to maintain customers

Ordered my pizza waited 2 hours! Still no pizza! I called to see if I could get some kind of refund. I was told that they could cancel my order or give me 20 percent off next time. I think that's ridiculous! By the time I did finally get my pizza it was cold and rubbery. I won't be ordering again.

First time ordering pizza from Blackjack! We were very happy with our service and delivery. The food tasted great, the ingredients were fresh and we got our pizza before the estimated time frame.
