It saddens me to say this , but this KFC is horrible. I ordered 6 chicken wraps and every one of them was incorrect. The guy who appeared to be the manager offered to fix it , but I was so pissed I fixed it myself. I had already waited 25 minutes and I was the only customer in the store! Cool manager but toss the guy who made the wraps!

Today was my 1st visit to this location since 9-3-18! At that time, I gave a 1 rating because I couldn't give zero.WOW! How things have changed. New management, new staff, clean! I commend the new staff and manager. He gets right in there,working side by side.Sir, I will be back. Give the all new crew a chance.

If I could give zero stars I would, the employees are probably some of the most worthless workers I have ever seen. Not only was it an inconvenience for them to take my order but they screwed up the food royally. WORST KFC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Get new employees.
